GATHERINGS:

We know you are coming to West Emerson to have a good time, but out of respect to our neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy.



QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.



SMOKING:

Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.



MINIMUM AGE:

Guests named on the reservation must be 25 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.



CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
