Really lovely property, beautifully updated with luxurious finishes. Perfect size for our little family. The beds were really comfy. We loved the neighborhood: very quiet, easy to access and centrally located in San Diego. Our house was super responsive to our questions, and even lent beach towels which we neglected to bring. I took off one star for cleanliness because there was a lot of hair on the floors, but I was able to vacuum that up easily.

Originally from New Jersey, we’ve fallen in love with the San Diego lifestyle! When we’re not tending to our garden, you’ll usually find us playing with our two sweet doggies.
We’ve called this property home since 2020. Not long after we moved in, my dad unexpectedly passed away. One of his greatest wishes was for me to have a place of my own and an income property where he could stay for long visits and I could manage while raising a family. Hosting allows us to honor his memory, keep his dream alive, and share our home with others in a meaningful way.

I love this neighborhood because it's quiet, but very close to all major attractions. Everyone is very friendly around this area and we have several stores within a 10 minute drive.

We built this ADU with the idea that one day we might live in it ourselves, or have family move in. Because of that, we put a lot of thought into every detail—both the functionality of the space and the comfort of our guests. After spending seven years in a small NYC studio apartment, I learned the value of multi-functional spaces and flexible layouts. That experience inspired me to design a home that feels open, adaptable, and welcoming to different groups with different needs.
