Perfect stay for a couple, or single traveler. Private entrance and private front yard. Fully equipped, very comfortable, outside succulent garden with table and chairs on a quiet street. Laundry room. Centrally located! Our place is very close to the I-5 and I-52 entrances. 8 minutes to La Jolla, 10 minutes to Pacific Beach, 12 minutes to USD, 15 minutes to downtown (ZOO), 15 minutes to Torrey Pines state park. Also 12 minutes away from “Convoy Area” Asian district with many great restaurants.

Guests have to always clean up after themselves including doing the dishes and putting trash away when bins under the kitchen sink are full.

Please make sure all lights, fans, AC/ heater, stove/ oven, washer/ dryer and TV are off every time you leave the house. Also, please be water wise!

At check out, please let me know when you vacate our house so we can start getting it ready for the next guest. Put the keys back in the lock box. Thx

Beautiful, clean, quaint

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in La Jolla. It was beautifully decorated, everything was new and extremely clean, and it had all the charm to make it enjoyable and cozy. The bed was very comfortable as well. Great place to stay!

Near UCSD

This place was tremendous. Extremely clean the place was as advertised bathroom and kitchen updated and location in a good spot only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown San Diego and parking was not a problem. Midwest comfortable, and my wife appreciated their air conditioner in the bedroom.

Great place. Clean everything well maintained and we had everything we needed for stay. Lots storage for clothes and other items. Quiet neighborhood and we felt safe all hours of day. Close to beach areas and all our needs while we were there. Hosts easy to get ahold of when needed. Would book there again.

Just what I needed!

This spot was perfect for my week long business trip to UCSD. Only minutes away from my work location and in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. The house is just the right size for one person or a couple. Very clean, well appointed, and everything worked perfectly.

Parking easy at curb side no matter what time. Quiet neighborhood, close to La Jolla. Easy access to the freeway. Clean space with nice kitchen and bathroom. Will stay again

Gem in San Diego

We are from Arizona, and to escape the June heat, we rented this beautiful and functional one-bedroom, one-bath home with a full kitchen for 12 days. The private entrance suite is beautifully maintained, featuring an upgraded kitchen and bathroom. A few days before our trip, Santiago sent us simple instructions, and Gracy greeted us upon arrival. Parking was available on the street directly in front of the suite. The neighborhood was very quiet, with friendly people walking their dogs in the evenings. We brought our e-bikes and were initially concerned about security, but Gracy eased our anxiety. When we weren’t riding, we felt comfortable leaving our bikes locked on the front patio of the suite. The patio itself is eye-catching and secluded, surrounded by trees and lush foliage. It was lovely sitting outside in the evenings with a glass of wine, enjoying the cooler weather. The homeowners were quick to answer any questions and were very helpful. The home is perfectly located near the I-5 and I-805 off Highway 52, making everything in San Diego within a 30-minute drive. To sum up our stay: We’ve used VRBO for only one other property—a place on Long Island, NY, where we’ve stayed for many years. However, when you find a great place in a perfect location with wonderful hosts, you know you’ve struck gold. We will definitely stay here again during our hot Arizona summers.

Pleasant and Lovely!

Quiet part of town, the home was inviting. Comfortable bed and environment. Impeccably clean! Kitchen and bathroom included many helpful items. We liked the availability of recycling and composting, as we do in our own home. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Perfect for two!

Inside is newly remodeled and the home is in a quiet neighborhood. Close to LaJolla where our daughter and her family were staying. We had to have an Amazon account to use the TV but we do so we did. No complaints. Perfect for one or two people!

Excellent stay in this lovely one bedroom house. Very clean place in quiet neighborhood. Comfortable queen bed and hot shower. Nice thick towels, excellent toiletries. Easy street parking. Good, quick communication with owner. Internet and TV worked well. Good price, too. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat.
