Will’s Place is fantastic! He is a terrific host and the property is wonderful. Great location to do so many outdoor activities and a relaxing side yard to watch the sun set. Cant recommend it enough.

Jennifer and her guest took very good care of the property and its belongings. They communicated very well. And left the place absolutely spotless. They will always be welcome and anyone should be glad to have them as guests.

It was an adorable old place. Had everything we needed. Decorated so nice and very comfy. My only disappointment was how busy the street was. Other than that we loved it.

Access to the back parking is best. The home is clean, well appointed Kitchen (with all of the basics), comfortable and centrally located. We enjoyed our stay at Will’s Place. This property will be on our list of return to when we visit our friends in Coos Bay again. Pet Friendly made it possible to travel with our fur Babies.

We were encouraged to park in the back of the property but there were no instructions on how to get to the back of that property. A map or precise instructions are needed. One of the stone steps leading down was loose and could have been catastrophic as we are elderly. In fact you should discourage elderly people to rent this. this.property. We were unable to open most of the windows. There was an ice machine but no instructions as to how to use it. We did enjoy the lovely living and dining room and the kitchen was well equipped and clean. The bathrooms were also clean.

We stayed in this lovely, big home and loved having so much room to spread out. The location is on a very busy street but it's quiet at night. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to everything. However, please note that the listing states it is wheelchair accessible, but it is not. There are several short flights of stairs required to access the house with no alternative paths.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I got this house from a friend who had an extra house and they wanted to sell it. Basically, I chose it as retirement project basically and have been messing with it as I go along. This neighborhood is probably in line to be added to the historical committee. If you’re into these old little cottage type craftsman style house is this thing is cool 10’6” ceilings all sorts of woodwork.
I really do love this house

この宿泊施設の特徴

My property was built in 1910 and it is a double lot close to town. It had a foundation put under it in 1961 and it’s just a cool old house basically with high ceilings and a lot of woodwork. Currently, we are enhancing the landscape and hope to have it more like within the year.
