The house exceeded all of our expectations. It was extremely clean with three large bedrooms and a huge family room for watching the weekend football games. The neighborhood is conveniently located about 20 minutes from campus in a well maintained and very quiet neighborhood. The host did a fantastic job communicating with us and went over the top making sure we had anything we needed. She even had wine and snacks awaiting our arrival. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Tallahassee. Hopefully it will be available again when we are back in town next year.

Very quiet neighborhood. Peaceful home environment. Good A/C cooling despite mid-90's temps during our stay. Screened-in porch with ceiling fan delightful in mornings and late evenings. Resident bunnies and hawk.

Great property. Spotless and very well appointed. In a very safe neighborhood. The only disappointing thing was that we purposely booked this VRBO because it was advertised as having two king beds. There was a king in the primary suite and the second bedroom had a queen.

This was so well thought out! Wonderful for kids, toys, books, board games, high chair, pack and play in master closet walk-in and ac vent in closet. Even had bath toys! Will book again for sure.

Beautiful home with every amenity you could think of. Coffee, tea, creamer, toothpaste, toothbrush, wood for fire pit or fireplace, games, local magazines, wine, popcorn and cookies ! Very, very clean, comfortable beds and modern decor. Answered my questions in a timely manner and very accommodating .

This was our 2nd time staying at this beautiful home. Very good communication and very accommodating. As you walk in you immediately feel at home in the cozy home. Plenty of room, lovely additions like cookies, snacks, coffee/tea and wine. There is nothing missing from this lovely home. I truly enjoyed sitting in the screened patio listening to the birds. We were very happy with everything on our short trip to this property… cleanliness and comfort were excellent!! There is also everything you would need for children and a spacious fenced in back yard to play in! We loved it and will definitely be back as our youngest attends FSU!! Thank you!!

The host is EXTREMELY welcoming. We felt like we were at home here. They even left a hand-written note with some goodies in the kitchen to welcome us when we arrived after a very long road trip. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and prompt responsiveness was most impressive. If we return to Tallahassee, we look forward to staying here again.

I stayed at Clifton House for three nights, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything my family needed for a comfortable stay.Gisele Medina was incredibly responsive and communicative. She answered every question promptly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.The beds were very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the screened-in back porch, spacious backyard, and the selection of games, which provided hours of family fun. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and everything we needed to prepare meals. The bathrooms were immaculate, and having a washer and dryer available was a wonderful convenience.One of the nicest touches was the complimentary snacks and beverages. The house was stocked with items like Oreo cookies, popcorn, coffee, tea, and other thoughtful extras that made us feel right at home.I’ve already saved Clifton House for all of my future trips to Tallahassee because I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. If you’re considering booking this property, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed!

Quiet neighborhood and peaceful home environment. Pleasant walking in neighborhood. Floors, linens, kitchen, screened-in porch and other areas very clean. Easy messaging host via VRBO website. Sufficient cooking equipment in kitchen for home-cooked meals and plenty of dishes, cutlery and drinkware for several people at a meal. Lots of closet space in bedrooms and kitchen. Small-ish bathrooms but adequate. Host very generous with varieties of coffees, teas and snacks to go. Very convenient for us for visiting folks in Bannerman Rd/Thomasville Rd area.
