Beautiful home

Everything about our stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival and departure were top notch. The house was clean, cozy, and roomy, and had all the essentials we needed in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The weather was perfect to enjoy our days down at the dock and our evenings out on the screened in porch. Truly a beautiful home that we will definitely be visiting again. A huge thanks to the hosts for being so accommodating!

Amazing stay! Home was perfect for our 3 families. The kids loved the dock slide and platform to jump from. Location was close to all of our favorite spots. Tom was super easy to work with and accommodating of an earlier check-in. We hope to stay again! We did run out of trash bags, toilet paper, & dishwasher pods during our week long stay, but no big deal to run to town to buy some more.

Great place to stay on the lake! Screened in porch was the best. Used morning and late night with no bug issues. All the amenities gave you the sense of home away from home. All around one of the best places we’ve stayed on the lake for many years! Hope to return next year.

This is one of the houses that you just don't want everyone to know about because it will always be booked! Loved the house and the location. Home is spacious, updated, and very clean. Our favorite area to hang out was on the screened deck. The dock was so nice and we were able to dock our pontoon. Tom and Vicki were so kind and answered any questions we had and they answered quickly. Will definitely rebook!! :-)

Wonderful house with a beautiful view

Our family of four stayed here for 5 days in June and had the most wonderful time. The house was perfect - spacious and open with plenty of space for us, and would have accommodate several other guests as well. The screened porch was an ideal spot to start the day with a view and end the day with relaxation and family games with the protection from bugs. The pier is nice and big with a great slide and jumping platform, as well as space to relax and get some sun. And the view is about as good as you can get! There was nothing we would change about the house and we look forward to returning again in the future.

Perfect fishing getaway!

This property fit our lifestyle perfectly. We were looking for a place in which we could sit and relax on a private dock while having our fishing lines in the water, enjoy the beautiful scenery from the comforts of a screened in porch, and a house that provided all of the comforts of home. This property delivered. The description and pictures of the property were as advertised, the fishing off of the dock was very successful, we caught so many varieties of fish, and the screened in porch is where we spent most of our time soaking in the gorgeous views. The house is also conveniently located close to grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants yet located in the quieter part of the lake. In addition, our host was very responsive in answering any questions that arose during our stay. We definitely will stay at this property again the next time we are visiting the Lake of the Ozarks.

Incredible place to relax and play

Our family (party of 6) stayed here for 4 nights over fall break and everything was great. The property has several indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy and a fantastic covered porch with great views. I appreciated the large, well-stocked kitchen and cooked all but two meals there with no shortage of cookware. The place was clean and the host was very communicative. We didn’t want to leave but look forward to returning! 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Dworkin Stay in Ozarks

We liked the fact that we could contact a person (Tom) and would be able to get instant answers to any question. Don't know if that is standard now with VRBO's, but it is very comforting and convenient. The grill drip pan was very dirty and caught on fire when we turned on the grill. We had to use the mini extinguisher to put it out. We cleaned off the pan and proceeded to use the grill anyway. I would also have some type of instructions on how to use the TV and BlueRay player. Thanks for having the pool floaties available. That really helped and helped us avoid bringing more stuff to the lake.

Family Lake Vacation

I book a lake house each year for a family getaway. This has been the best so far! Beautiful screened porch with amazing views. The house was totally updated with everything we needed. We would happily stay again!

Great relaxing getaway home!

Our adult family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host, Tom, was very communicative and helpful. The house was very well stocked with spices, pots and pans, dishware, plasticware, grill and tools, towels-including beach towels, etc. The house was clean, with comfortable beds (having 2 king beds was a factor in our choosing this home). We especially enjoyed the screened in porch! Once we left, I realized I had forgotten something, and Tom quickly dropped it to me in the mail. The only downside to our stay was that the main night life area was about 30-40 minutes away. The positive side of the location is that it's very peaceful. We would definitely stay at this home again for a relaxing getaway!

Glorious house!!

Our family has been coming to the lake for over 20 years. This has been the best place we have stayed. The owners have gone above and beyond when it comes to amenities. They have thought of everything. The kids loved the slide and the adults loves the high dive.Thank you so much!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was just as advertised. Check in and communication with the owner was great. The screened in porch was really nice in the morning and after a day on the dock. We caught some really nice fish around the dock as well, so bring your poles. We plan on renting again next year.

Dock

Loved the convince of the floating dock. Kids loved the slide and jumping platform. Tucked away just enough that we didn’t have to worry about other boaters.

Water Sun Slide Dive Fun

This was an incredible family vacation! The home was perfect for us with the big open concept living/dining/kitchen. We all enjoyed the dock, slide, dive platform and the kids want to come back. Located on the 40 MM - closely positioned to my siblings 2 homes was a bonus for us! We hope our dates are available next year! Thanks!

Cozy

Was exactly as described. Cozy, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had horrible weather so we stayed inside a lot and it was wonderful that each bedroom had its own bathroom close by.

Great Lake House

Great lake house. Very clean in a nice location on the Lake of the Ozarks. Tom was very professional and responsive. Can't wait to go back.

Everything was perfect!

This property is exceptional. Beautifully decorated with really nice furniture and finishes. Beds are comfortable with high-end linens. House feels much larger than it looks online. The screened in porch was amazing - super comfortable furniture and a gorgeous view of the lake. Super easy check in and lots of great information to help you learn about the surrounding area and the house. Even the light switches were labeled so you didn't have to fumble figuring out the lights. Our family had an amazing time. Tom was exceptional to work with and we hope to come back again someday.

Amazing view

The property was clean and well equipped. The screened in porch was outstanding to sit and play games. The other place we spent most of our time was the dock, with a water slide, diving board, and fire pit. We were a party of 6 adults all 50+, and we would happily go back again.
