Pros:Conveniently located near airport and cruise port. Plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance. Lobby employees are friendly. Great view if staying on higher floor. Cons:No early check in option. Limited towels for bathroom, hand and face washing. No complimentary toiletries for bathroom, no hand soap to wash hands. No wifi. Too many rooms are on the same wifi so we couldn’t watch tv or stream. One of the two lightbulbs in the bathroom was out. Directions to check in couldve been clearer. Because this room was through Vrbo and not the property building, the way we got our room key was different than how regular guests get their room key. The instructions from the front desk were inaccurate so we had to reach out to the host for more guidance. We werent given an elevator pass to get to our room so we had to wait for a guest with a pass to use the elevator so we could jump in with them.

Check-in instructions were sent ahead of time and worked accurately as described, which I appreciated. Everything functioned as the host explained, and the process was mostly smooth. One suggestion for improvement would be to place the key fob in the lobby lockbox. The elevator cannot be used without the fob, and the fob was located in disclosed location by the room. As a result, we had to ask another resident to grant us elevator access upon arrival. Check-out also worked as described. However, the trash disposal instructions could use some clarification. Taking out the trash cannot be done without the key fob, so it’s important not to wait until you are leaving—an extra trip is required. Additionally, there were no directions indicating where the trash area was located. We later found out it is at the end of the hallway on the same floor, but there are no signs so I’m still not sure where it is. We were told by the lobby security each floor had a chute. Overall, a good stay with clear instructions that mostly worked well, but a few small logistical details—especially around the key fob and trash—would make the experience even better.
