The elegant 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is a serene sanctuary surrounded by lush gardens, offering the perfect blend of tropical living and modern comfort. Inside, you’ll find expansive open-plan living and dining areas, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and three beautifully appointed bedrooms — each with its own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and tranquil atmosphere for restful nights.
The property also features a separate, 1 bedroom cabana with 3/4 bath, storage space, seating, and smart tv. This is available for parties of 4 or more.
Whether you're working remotely or streaming your favorite shows, high-speed WiFi keeps you seamlessly connected throughout the property. Each bedroom, living room, and solarium feature smart tv's.

I began staying at holiday homes a few decades ago. I adored being able to live like a local, rather than being hold-up in a hotel room. This property offer you a private pool, lush gardens, cozy outdoor seating areas. You can easily walk to a beautiful, quiet beach, or into lively Pedasi.
You can shop in the well-stocked stores, and sample local cuisine in the many restaurants.
We also provide assistance with car rentals, flights, arranging day trips, volunteer experiences, more. It can be difficult knowing how to make these arrangements when visiting a new destination. We want to ensure you are able to enjoy everything you wish with the very best guides and partners.
Our friend and local property manager is available to assist you should you need anything during your stay.

We chose this property because of the beautiful, secure grounds featuring mature trees and plants. The large pool with lap lane offers refreshment and relaxation. The outdoor patios are perfect spots to sit and reflect. The trees sway and are homes to hundreds of birds, lizards and butterflies. Hummingbirds zip about. The house is spacious, and the living area is separate from the sleeping areas. The result is peace and quiet while resting. The living space features a vaulted ceiling with local wood. The kitchen, living, and sitting areas form a great room with large windows facing all directions enabling amazing views of the yard, gardens and pool. The property also features a cabana with a new full bath. This makes the property a three bedroom, four bath holiday home. It is perfect for 3 friends who love their own space, a couple that wants to lap in luxurious space, extended family or couples traveling together.
The bedrooms in the home are dreamy, with vaulted ceilings, cozy linens, televisions and ample, vented storage. They feature ensuite bathrooms with large, walk-in showers.
The main bedroom’s French doors open to a covered patio, outdoor shower, and the pool. Waking, sitting on the patio sipping coffee, or taking a dip in the private pool proves a perfect start to the day.
In the morning, howler monkeys can be heard in the distance. The breeze rustling the palm fronds is soothing.
This particular house was the first house in the Community, and was built and owned by the developer. It was the show house. It has the largest years and most mature plants. It is live-fenced, which means plants and trees encompass the house. At no place on the property can you see the neighbors’ houses. A locking gate is how you access the property. A large, 2 car carport offers covered parking. Visitors ring a charming brass bell to mark their arrival.
We named it ‘Una Buena Caminata’ because it is a special, unique place inviting guests to slow, and truly experience life.
The bedrooms in the home are dreamy, with vaulted ceilings, cozy linens, televisions and ample, vented storage. They feature ensuite bathrooms with large, walk-in showers.
