A truly wonderful find for our getaway to Las Vegas! It was the perfect and peaceful retreat we were hoping for - close to Las Vegas but in a quiet residential part of the metro area. We are fans of Durango Resort and Casino which is just down the road. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great place in Summerlin

This very clean, multi-bedroom home worked out great for our family. We would definitely stay there again. It is located in a wonderful area close to downtown Summerlin with great restaurants and shopping and we even found a beautiful hiking path nearby!

Family Vegas getaway

Property was great and space was perfect for our family trip. Super close to Red Rocks casino and tons of shopping. Location was awesome. Property needs a little more ambient lighting around the house for warmth. Had a great experience overall. Will definitely stay here again.

Cute and welcoming space, great for lowkey trips

We stayed here while in Vegas for a work conference at the Red Rocks and it was great! The space was clean and bright, the view of the mountains driving up the road to the casino was breathtaking, and the host was very easy to work with. We loved the living room set up and how easy it was to watch movies together, and the shuffleboard table made it less noticeable when we were running a little late since it kept my team distracted. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay!

Beautiful home in a great area. We were in town for a family wedding. I was happy with how clean the house was and lots of helpful items (coffee, detergent, cooking oil, etc). The host was very responsive to all my inquiries. The backyard is adorable! Will definitely stay again!!

Great value. Close to Red Rock casino.In a quiet neighborhood. Has 4 beds. Only issue was the wrong address listed on VRBO.Easy check in and check out process.

Great Home. Quite. Great hosts.

Very nice property. Immaculate. And a great location. So close to Tivoli, Red Rocks Casino, SunCoast and lots of other restaurant spots. Travel into the Strip or Convention Center is quick and easy from here with several ways to get in if there is a traffic problem. The hosts were easy to contact and everything we needed was there. Thank you!

Comfortable and convenient

We, 4 adults, came to Las Vegas for a professional conference and really enjoyed our stay in this home. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Despite a slight miscue at check in, Cindy was quick to respond and remedy the situation. The house is comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to dining, shopping, and local attractions. We were very satisfied and highly recommend this property.

Fantastic amenities in quiet neighborhood

We loved the social space of the house. Plenty of room to move around and the shuffleboard was cool entertainment that you don't see everywhere. Very walkable to stores, restaurants, hiking trails and the Red Rock Casino.

NOT THE CORRECT ADDRESS!

My family/ friends and I have done house rentals for vacations and retreats for several years. Yes, some are better than others, but we have always had great stays. For this rental, I am unable to say anything about the house because we never went in it. THE RENTAL OWNER HAS THE WRONG ADDRESS LISTED! Upon putting the garage code in, the actual owner of the home came out and said, "Sorry, this is not a rental. This has happened a couple other times, once with a family of 6." Supposively, he does not send you the correct address until days before (which his assistant forgot to send me.). Upon calling the rental owner, he accused me of not checking my email and being in the wrong for going to someone else's house. While he did try to reconcile (with a very defensive attitude), we opted out and stayed at a hotel nearby instead. DO NOT TRUST THIS RENTAL!

Great way to reunite with loved ones

What an awesome location and home. This property completely fit our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pans, etc. and the rooms were comfy and clean. If I have any suggestion at all, it would be to update the pillows, as they are getting a little too flat. Beyond that, I think the home is wonderful and would highly recommend this property.

Great Summerlin Location

Nice property, clean, well kept. Close to Red Rock Casino, restaurant's, entertainment, Downtime Summerlin shopping. Perfect if you want to enjoy Las Vegas away from the bustle of the the strip. Nice quiet neighborhood in a nice area.

Fun time in Vegas!

We would suggest the following, Tony: 1. House needs a thorough, deep cleaning. 2. House needs to be sprayed! Day before we left, had a scorpion on living room floor. Not cool. Found a dead cockroach in our cooler our first night driving home. 3. King bed in main bedroom has no king sheets...at least I couldn't find them. Green foam pad over mattress is awful and stained. Sorry for negative comments but had to be honest. Your location is terrific and we had many fun experiences while in Vegas.

Great location. Perfect for our needs.

It’s a smaller house in a great location about a mile from the Red Rock resort. Well appointed with all the necessities supplied. It’s not a house to hang out a lot in because it’s smaller and the yard is small but it’s totally modern, clean and very fairly priced. Would rent it again.

The house was nice and newly remodeled. Great location to food and shopping. There was confusion on the address but the owner was very helpful and easy to reach.

As in the pictures

Most everything was as described, the location is slightly different and was of some concern prior to visiting with the owner. The pictures are just what you will find upon arriving. We enjoyed the shuffleboard game, being able to make meals and the quiet, private backyard space. A few more dish towels and personal washcloths would have been helpful as we stayed for 6 nights. We were on the move enough that doing laundry wasn't a priority. Thank you for comfortable stay!
