Overall we had a very good experience over the 4 nights we stayed. The house itself was very clean, and well maintained. The property is very private, and the outdoor pool/kitchen area is very spacious. The interior of the home is updated and very well done. We had a minor issue with the driveway gate in the first day, but the management team jumped right on it and it was fixed early the next morning. The hot tub wasn’t functional, and it doesn’t appear to have a heater at all. Not a big deal considering it was hot outside, but it’s definitely something to consider before booking in the fall or winter.The property could stand a good cleaning up on the outside. There were old soccer goals laying flat in the front yard that looked a little trashy. Again, nothing major.

The property is really incredible, with lots of space indoors for a large group to gather. We had a small group, but really appreciated the extra space. The outdoor area was fabulous and would be fun in the summer! We were disappointed to find out that the elevated jetted spa was not heated. This was not explicitly stated in the listing, and so we assumed from the image that it was a functioning hot spa. After contacting the managers, they informed us that it is considered a “mini pool”. We were disappointed given our visit was in November and it was finally chilly outside. While we didn’t make use of the pool, it was a very lovely space, along with a fire pit. There were four full bedrooms each with a full bath plus an additional half bath - that was great! The fifth space is a game room upstairs, I am not sure if there was a door to that area and it has a low ceiling. The bed in the main master was comfortable according to my uncle and aunt. The bed in the second master was too soft and felt like we were rolling into the center from either side. My kids slept great in their beds! For some reason there were no dinner sized plates provided, only small salad sized plates. We only had breakfasts there but you would need to buy paper plates if this isn’t addressed and you’re planning on having bigger meals. Also needs measuring cups. It was so nice and quiet, such a lovely place overall.

Beautiful property and close to town. Only downside was we were unable to use the pool 2 days and all 3 trash cans were completely full.
