Had a wonderful stay at this property. There were ample accommodations and it felt much more spacious than what comes across in the pictures. It was the perfect set up for my group of 20. The backyard is stunning and the pool house especially was a huge hit for the young people in my party. The hosts are communicative and proactive. All around it was a great vacation!!My only reason for giving 4 stars was that it wasn’t super clean upon arrival. It was definitely tidy, but we had to wipe visible dirt off of counters, tend to things like chewed pieces of gum stuck to walls, and the washer/dryers were too dirty to use. We are typically a shoes-off household but it was not comfortable walking around without shoes because the floor was quite grimy and dusty, would turn our feet black after a couple minutes.Although the cleanliness issue was pretty apparent, the rest of the stay went off without a hitch! It was a super special weekend and every guest was wowed by the facilities. Would highly recommend to any large party.

We had such a great experience at this property two years ago, we decided to return this year for a repeat and had another wonderful time. Our group ranged from ages 2 to 70+, and there was plenty of room and amenities for everyone to enjoy. Quick response time from the management company for any questions we might have had.

Perfect for large groups.

This was a fantastic property for a reunion of college friends for a long weekend. The property is beautiful, and is located on a fantastic plot of land in the Hill Country. It is also close to several local breweries and distilleries which makes for easy planning for group outings. We were a group of 17 and found that the property nearly exactly as listed: the pool and hot-tub are fantastic, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the amenities top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend this property to those looking for a luxurious experience for a large group.

Beautiful property, perfect for families!

This property was the ideal location for our families to gather multiple generations for a wonderful trip. The beautiful home was a great layout for all our our needs, we felt the house was very clean upon arrival, and there was every imaginable amenity available. Groceries were even delivered directly to our door, so we did not have to leave the property at all during our stay! Given the current situation, we were not able to take advantage of the nearby attractions this time, but we hope to visit again soon.

The host was very communicative through the app, and the interior was clean and well maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. However, the pool was not clean until the last day of our stay. We understand that it’s an outdoor area and that leaves can fall in. A few floating leaves would have been understandable and easy to skim, but there was a large amount of leaves and dirt settled at the bottom as well.Additionally, the hot tub was not heating properly, even though we followed the provided instructions. After the host sent a different set of instructions, we were able to get it working, but we were only able to enjoy it for one night. It’s disappointing that the pool and hot tub were not in good condition, as they were a big part of our stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate you mentioning that communication, check-in, and the cleanliness of the interior met your expectations — that means a lot to our team. Regarding the pool, as this is an outdoor amenity in a tree-covered area, leaves can and do fall daily. For that reason, we provide a pool net onsite specifically for guests to easily skim any surface leaves during their stay. While a few leaves are unavoidable outdoors, we certainly want guests to feel comfortable reaching out if they feel additional attention is needed. As for the hot tub, once you contacted us, we immediately provided an alternative set of instructions, and we’re glad that resolved the issue so you were able to enjoy it. We always respond quickly to ensure any questions about operating amenities are handled as efficiently as possible. We strive to provide a great experience for every guest and encourage communication during the stay so we can address concerns right away.
