Awesome house for host family and friends for a wedding celebration nearby. Pool was wonderful. Space was inviting. Host was very supportive when we encountered a mild hiccup with electronics and immediately addressed the issue when asked.

Great reunion stay. House is a bit out of the way if you want to be close to Austin but it’s not so far away that it is annoying. Overall the house was great and all the guys loved the space.

Ideal for Family Gathering

Large enough for our family group of 17 without crowding. Everything was as represented. The management was available when needed by phone or text. We have already recommended Walker Rentals to two friends/family members.

Staff Retreat

We loved staying at this home! It is beautiful and perfectly meets the needs of our staff. It was a perfect set up with all of the bedrooms so the men on our staff could have some privacy as well as the women who are in leadership positions. The "pool" house is absolutely fabulous and so cute and modern! My fav part is the room with the bunk beds! Impressive to have 6 QUEEN beds!!! It was great for our staff because we had additional support staff drive up the next day and we had plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably! Much nicer than having people sleep on couches, which is what we normally have to result! They were all so comfy and nice! They had a little nook/shelf, each had it's own outlets as well as a shade to keep out light!! I loved that the attached bathroom had such a nice, huge bathroom with 2 private showers and 2 private bathrooms! So well done with the design!! We spent a good deal of time at the pool, which was great! They have a nice iPad on the wall to control the lights and heat the hot tub! Loved the hot tub!! The hosts were very friendly and easy to work with throughout the process! We look forward to staying here again next year!

Perfect for large groups.

This was a fantastic property for a reunion of college friends for a long weekend. The property is beautiful, and is located on a fantastic plot of land in the Hill Country. It is also close to several local breweries and distilleries which makes for easy planning for group outings. We were a group of 17 and found that the property nearly exactly as listed: the pool and hot-tub are fantastic, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the amenities top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend this property to those looking for a luxurious experience for a large group.

Pretend luxury

Have stayed at several homes in the area over the last decade and this one was amongst the worst for the price. Pics are all of the newer areas. The main home does not have enough baths for the rooms. The #of folks it can take is based on a bunk house with lots of twin beds ( assuming each sleeps 2). - kinda deceptive advertising. Sent messages about quiet times when we were just sitting down for dinner - inside ? Made a huge fuss about extending checkout by a couple of hours?? If looking for luxury, this is not the home.

Beautiful Home for Large Groups

Beautiful home with luxury amenities. Comprised of two buildings. Be aware that three bedrooms in the main house must share one (and a half) bathrooms. Bunkhouse is a misnomer, bc it is so upscale. Bunkroom has built-in queen bunk beds with privacy curtains. Connects to its own upscale community bathroom and laundry facilities. Overall sparse on furniture, especially nightstands and chairs in bedrooms. Generous supply of toiletries, linens and towels. Kitchen equipment varies. Management company very supportive and easy to communicate with, but they did not possess an accurate knowledge of the property details. Overall, an excellent stay for our large family gathering.

Lovely Property and Wonderful Location for our Family Gathering

Our family group of 23 had a wonderful time at this property. We spent most of our time in the outdoor area, enjoying the pool and surrounding yard and outdoor porch. But we also visited a couple of nearby breweries and distilleries. Dripping Springs offers the right mix of enjoying nature within close distance to grocery stores and any other services a group might desire. This home accommodates a large group so well! Comfortable sleeping, very nicely furnished and two well equipped large kitchens. We had a fun time guessing the identity of the people in the drawings in the bunk house kitchen. Compliments to the management company who responded quickly and resolved an issue that developed with the pool pump. Due to their quick response we did not lose any time enjoying the pool. This is a well managed and very nice property. Your group will enjoy staying here.

Wedding weekend

We got married at camp Lucy in dripping springs and wanted a place semi-close to celebrate and stay with all of our bridal party. It fit us all perfectly and we had a great time 😊 the house is beautiful and so was the pool. We would definitely recommend to a friend!

Great home for a large group

We had our small business company retreat here. There were enough rooms and beds for all 10 people to have their own privacy and space, while also providing space for business meetings and a large kitchen where everyone could help out with meal preparations. (There are two full kitchens, one in each house, but we only used the kitchen in the main house.) Having two refridgerators was extremely helpful! One bedroom that was next to the main kitchen had a barn door which didn't provide much of a sound barrier. The location was beautiful and close to a lot of local breweries, wineries and distilleries. It was on the outskirts of the city and we didn't have a vehicle so it was difficult to get rideshare services. We were fortunate enough to meet a driver that had his own transportation business so we used him for most of our rides during our 6-day stay. Besides the barn door and the rideshare limitations, the place couldn't have been any better. Overall the place was beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Great for corporate retreats!

This house was great for everything we had planned. We were able to conduct our meetings at one table with 10 people and then transition to having a relaxing evening by the pool. The house was very clean and the property Managemnt was very accommodating for us. We would highly recommend for business or family!

Another great stay!

We had such a great experience at this property two years ago, we decided to return this year for a repeat and had another wonderful time. Our group ranged from ages 2 to 70+, and there was plenty of room and amenities for everyone to enjoy. Quick response time from the management company for any questions we might have had.

Wonderful time at the Owner's House

We had 24 extended family who stayed for a week at the Owner's House. The house and pool house look just like the pictures. There was plenty of parking for all of the family and we loved the accommodations. The house and pool house had large rooms, comfortable beds, and beautiful furnishings. We were very happy with the property.

Great house with upscale amenities

Perfect house for people traveling with others who still enjoy their privacy and space. It was very cold while we were there so unfortunately did not use the outdoor very much but we still did not want for anything! It was amazing
