• Ask about pets - will require approval.
• Smoking is strictly outdoors only — no indoor smoking allowed.
• Message us for early check-in, late check-out, or any special requests.
• Planning a gathering? Please notify us in advance. Prior approval required and additional fees may apply depending on the size and nature of the gathering.
• Children and pets must never be left unattended in or around the pool area. For everyone`s safety, all guests under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult while near the pool.

Other things to note
• If any of the propane tanks for the grill or fire pits happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. We always have at least one extra tank on site.
• Our home is located in a rural area where wildlife and insects are a natural part of the environment. While we take preventative measures to minimize their presence, it is not possible to completely eliminate encounters with animals and insects. Please exercise caution.
Please abide by all signs around the property. There are areas should not be entered as they are steep and dangerous for guests.

Everything is brand new and in great condition. We really went all out furnishing and designing Rancho Via Loma! We hope you enjoy your stay.

Occupancy & Visitors

• Day visitors must be pre approved in advance.
• Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
Pets/ Animals
• Max 2 per stay.
• All pets must be pre approved in advance. There will be a pet fee of $200 per each pet.
No Parties or Events
• Parties, weddings, receptions, reunions, commercial events, or large gatherings are not permitted
• Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or unauthorized events will result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
• Host will consider smaller gatherings, however they much be pre approved
Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Please respect neighboring properties and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during quiet hours.
• Outdoor speakers and amplified music are prohibited after 10:00 PM.
Pool Rules
• Use of the pool is at guests’ own risk.
• No lifeguard is on duty.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• No diving, running, or rough play around the pool.
• No glass containers in the pool area.
• The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.
Safety
• No fireworks, firearms, or explosives on the property.
• No open flames, sky lanterns, or unauthorized fires.
• Do not tamper with smoke detectors, alarms, or safety equipment.
• Report any safety concerns immediately.
Parking
• Park only in designated areas.
• Do not block access roads, gates, neighboring driveways, or emergency access routes.
• RVs, trailers, or any large vehicles require prior approval.
Smoking
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas.
• Guests must properly dispose of cigarette butts.
Property Care

• Do not move indoor furniture outdoors.
• Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as they occur.
