Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a 60th b-day!! Close enough to the river but far enough so that you are not in the crowds. Property was clean and well maintained except for the broken dishwasher so we needed to hand wash everything. Pool/outdoor are was our best friend for the Texas heat!!

Our family plus six others from our Small Group stayed here and had a fantastic time. The amenities were a huge hit — pickleball, volleyball, basketball, and the pool kept everyone entertained for the whole trip. The outdoor cooking area was a standout, and we were really impressed with the upgraded Traeger. The turf surrounding the pool was a great touch too, especially with kids running around barefoot. The host was super responsive and answered our questions quickly whenever we reached out, which made the whole stay stress-free.The one downside was the towel quality — could use an upgrade there. Otherwise, this was a fantastic property for a large group, and we’d happily stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were spotless and very well maintained. The host was very communicative throughout the entire process, very helpful with any questions or concerns. Any issues we had, the host really did the best they could to solve them. The amenities were excellent and really added to the overall experience. Everything we needed was provided and more. Most importantly, everyone in our group had a great time. Highly recommend!

Property was great! Only two suggestions: wanted to use the hot tub, but the max temp of 90 just didn’t allow it. Towel quality could be improved. Really enjoyed the pickle ball/basketball. Hope to come back!

Host did not send check in instructions despite repeated asks (instructions were only sent 1 hour after check in time). There were no towels in any of the rooms, and host did not respond to ask for location of towels. No soap or basic amenities.

オーナーについて

オーナー : William Van Fleet

オーナーのプロフィール画像
I grew up spending time at Garner State Park, and in 2016 my wife and I were fortunate enough to build our dream home in Concan, TX. We love being able to share it with others and to pass along the magical feeling that’s always in the air along the Frio River. Bringing family and friends together and creating memories that last a lifetime is what this place is all about.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

What we enjoy most about Concan Country Club is the peace of mind that comes with being securely located just five minutes off the Frio—far enough to avoid any flood concerns, yet close enough to enjoy everything the area offers. Our home sits on a beautiful stretch of the golf course with a clear view of the fairway and Hole #1, positioned safely away from any risk of stray golf balls. The subdivision is a gated community with 24‑hour security throughout the busy summer season, providing an added layer of comfort and privacy.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Beyond its prime, secure location on the golf course and the beautiful view overlooking the fairway, what makes our property truly unique is the experience it provides. With generous space and thoughtful amenities, it’s designed to welcome a large number of guests—perfect for family gatherings, group getaways, and creating memories that last long after the trip is over.
