This cozy home shares a beautiful beachfront patio with the main house at Santuario del Alma, where the sea breeze and ocean views are part of your everyday stay. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home comfortably sleeps 6 and up to 8 guests (with small children).

The Space:
While we’re gradually refreshing and updating different areas, the home is well-kept, comfortable, and full of character. Inside, you’ll find:

3 Bedrooms – One with a queen bed, one with a full, and one with a bunk bed.

2 1/2 Bathrooms – Convenient for families and groups.

Ocean Views – From two bedrooms and the kitchen.

Cozy Living Area – Perfect for relaxing after a beach day.

The shared beachfront patio/courtyard is the heart of the property, with comfortable seating for soaking in the views, chatting with friends, and watching the sunset.

Playa Encanto is a beautiful, quiet, and secure beachfront community with 24/7 gated security. The wide, uncrowded beach is perfect for long walks, seashell collecting, and peaceful mornings by the water.

Nearby, you’ll find Encantame Resorts, offering fine dining, a café, and more. At the entrance to Playa Encanto, there’s a friendly taco bar serving fresh shrimp cocktail, mariscos, fish tacos, piña coladas, and other local favorites.

A short drive further into Playa Encanto and through Playa La Jolla takes you to the Murua Estuary, home to the Punta Roja oyster farm, a local gem serving fresh oysters, grilled oysters, and crab tostadas. It’s BYOB, so bring your favorite beverage to pair with your seafood feast.
