Paradise!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this home. It was clean, the beds were comfy and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We had everything we needed. I would just recommend packing your own towels. The beach was private with a few vendors stopping by here and again. The banana boats came by every few hours which was nice. The house itself was beautiful and the owner was gracious and helpful with recommendations for places to eat in town. Please try Pan e Vino for a beautiful view and spectacular meal. We will be back again!

Great Stay!

This was a lovely home in a very nice and private community. My family and I loved the location and we felt very safe. The beach was beautiful with easy and endless walking along the shore line. The home was very close to the beach - just a short walk. The home had a lovely deck/patio that provided beautiful views of the ocean and nice afternoon sun. The rooms were spacious, and with 6 adults - we were very comfortable!! Thank you for a lovely stay! Two quick notes: - The home information noted a washer available for use, but we could not find one? - The TV was missing a cable so it was not usable. We did not want to watch TV anyway, just wanted you to know.

Such a beautiful house, we fit 12 perfectly and the house is extremely clean.

As soon as you open the door there’s a fresh smell to the house I will definitely come back to this house is available, Ed was helpful all the time through messages or calls. It was the first time for me and my friends going to rocky point by ourselves, so is really easy to get to the house; the beach is close, we didn’t drive more than 10 minutes to get to most of the places. Clubs, restaurants, el malecon, everything’s close to the house and security was perfect as well. The house is perfect for everyone if you’re going with friends you’re close to all the fun but also if you’re going with family las conchas is the right place everything’s quiet and safe. Thanks Ed for all your help and we will come back for sure!

Stunning home!

The home was perfect! The owner Ed was very quick to respond, and ready to help answer any questions we had. The home itself is a beautiful home. Ed keeps it in a clean state, and it is very cozy. The beach is a short walk away, and was pretty private. That was exactly what we where looking for. Loved the home, loved the beach. We are already planning our next trip. I highly recommend this property.

Loved the house! Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! This is a very nice and clean home with plenty of beds and pretty comfortable. The beach is within walking distance. Not a lot of people, pretty private. The house has a nice balcony with a small table and chairs, where me and my family enjoyed the cool breeze and the beautiful views. It's close to the Malecon where all the action is, maybe like a 15 min drive. Not far at all. Ed, the owner, was nice enough to call me prior to our trip just to check in and provide some helpful information. There was 10 of us in the home so we ran out of toilet paper but other than that, no complaints! I highly recommend this home! I look forward to staying here again. Thanks Ed and Lisa :)

Highly Recommend - Would Stay Here Again

This property was a wonderful escape for our group of five. It is a five minute walk to the private beach, has a beautiful view of the water from one side of the house, and is located in the secure gated community of Las Conchas. The decorating is perfect for a vacation home, with each of the three bedrooms having a different theme. The owner was very helpful and incredibly quick to respond to my inquiries and even offered to have his housekeeper pick up groceries prior to our arrival! The air conditioning was great, the wi -fi worked, and we didn't run out of water. Our only problem was finding the house our first evening, but the owner helped us locate the house even though it was 11 p.m. We would definitely stay here again, but next time we would bring our own bath towels (the towels here are small and thin) and bar soap. (None was provided.) Just writing this review makes me wish I was back there!

Fun weekend getaway at the beach

The house was perfect size for my family of 5 and dog and was very clean. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach which was nice and the area of the beach was not very crowded during our Memorial Day weekend stay. The washing machine was not available as advertised and the dish washer did not work but these issues were not that big of deal as we did not have many dishes to wash as we ate out most the time. Only other problem was all the properties have big water tanks as source of water and it ran out during our stay on a Sunday night which was not very convenient but I informed the owners and they had some one come fill the tank that night, so we were only out of water for a couple hours. Overall experience, owners were prompt to respond to questions, the house was clean, very cool with AC, and met most our needs for a three night stay in Mexico. We had a very fun, relaxing beach getaway and we would not hesitate to come back.

Loved this Vacation Home

House was clean and we were all comfortable. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable. Kitchen had utensils that we could use. Loved the distance from the beach literally a 3 min walk and the area was clean and secure 10 min away from downtown. Homeowner stayed in contact with me when I needed assistance and replied to me within 10 mins. Will definitely stay here once again. Highly recommended

Good place to stay

I liked staying at this property. It is in a secured place and its big enough for a family trip. the only reason I dont give it 5 starts is because the first floor gets hot and the cooler is not enough. Also the wifi was not working for the entire stay. Other than that, the ac on the second floor is perfect specially in the master room.

Great, fun and relaxing.

Ed and Lisa have a great home on las conchas private beach. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back because of how helpful and caring they were! Ed helped my friends and I navigate around town and told us the best spots for everything, he even went out of his way and got us a taxi so we wouldn't have to drive late at night to go to the bars. That was much appreciated. Also the house was very nicely put together just like any other beach home. The bathrooms were well kept, the kitchen was perfectly in good shape, and the bedrooms were very nice. The AC was amazing because it was extremely humid but it was cold and we all enjoyed that. And lastly the house was huge! 3 levels it was perfect for our trip and my friends! Ed and Lisa have a great home and we definitely will be returning no matter what. I will bring my family, and my friends will bring theirs. This experience was one I will not forget!

Las Conchas is quiet and has 24 hour security, it is gated and they patrol by our house every few hours. On the beach, enjoy a freshly peeled mango, relaxing message or horseback ride on our clean and peaceful shores. We have much less vendors than Sandy Beach, much less noise, very family friendly and perfect for swimming. GREAT VALUE! For basically the same cost of a condo you can rent our entire home with generous space and much more privacy. Park two cars or trucks in driveway, space for a trailer. We are two blocks from neighborhood beach access path, walk in 5 minutes. If you have a lot of beach toys like me, just drive and park your car right at the access path for easy loading.

Casa Romantica has beautiful, comfy beds and all the finishing touches to make you feel at home. Furnishings are a step above the typical beach rental. The terraza is very private and all bedrooms have views. Roof top access for 360 views of the ocean and estuary. Stargazing at night and at certain times of the year see and hear the whales breaching in the waters before you!
