The bathroom features a bathtub and shower for your convenience. Guests can relax in the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of this phenomenal property by enjoying the front deck as well as a back patio featuring a firepit. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at this quaint home. Newly added 2 Twins in upstairs bedroom for additional sleeping and basement bathroom with walk in shower!

great location, easy to find, close to down town and the Surf Ballroom which is why we were in townwe came into for the Winter Dance Party - Buddy Holly! great kitchen with all the amenities Love the open kitchen/living room great for entertaining of all sizes.would be a great place to stay in summer months as it is walking distance to lake as well.thank you

We've rented a few places in clear lake over the years, and this is by far the best property to date. Location is fantastic, just a 5 min walk from the town center. Its fully upgraded with expected amenities, without losing the small town Iowa feel. Had some issues with the microwave not working, but communication with the owner was super easy and options were given to rectify the situation. I'll definitely look here first for our next summer getaway to Clear Lake!

Cute, clean little home in a great location. The attic room was perfect for the kiddos we had staying with us, as they felt like they had their own space. The adults enjoyed beverages on the deck each night of our stay.

The home was very clean. Seemed to be newly renovated. Great location with just a short walk to downtown and the public beach. We would book another stay in the future at this location.
