Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation at our riverfront retreat with panoramic Ohio River views. Enjoy direct river access for relaxing by the water, fishing, and taking in the scenery.

The home features upper and lower decks, a fire pit, a full kitchen, and a convenient kitchenette.

Whether you're here for a peaceful getaway, a Madison event, or time with family and friends, this riverfront retreat offers a comfortable place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the Ohio River.

The upper deck is a great place for viewing Bald Eagles, enjoying your morning coffee as the sun rises, or just relaxing as the boats and barges pass by.

The stairway to access the upper level has 20 steps with wide treads and handrails on both sides.

The home was very nice and peaceful and had everything we needed ! Communication with owner was outstanding. Saw several barges and really enjoyed the town of Madison and the Clifty falls area was amazing

It was a wonderful place and the host was quick to respond to anything we asked. Cant wait to visit this again. The convenience was amazing so much to do.

Lovely, relaxing stay! The sun room was the perfect place to read a book and watch barges pass by. Snacks and various books provided were a nice touch.

Everything was great and everyone was very nice. Sitting on the deck, drinking coffee, and watching the river was very relaxing. My only complaint is the eagles didn’t fly over enough. Beautiful home!!!

This home is exceptional — furnishings, thoughtful touches like clear, kind notes, well-equipped kitchen. And the views are outstanding! While we were there, we saw the fog roll down the river! Madison is a wonderful town for strolling, and Clifty Falls Park is magnificent.

This was the best VRBO we ever stayed in. Extremely clean, very nice kitchen capable of handling whatever we decided to make, well stocked with nice paper products, and bath products and a coffee station stocked with coffees, teas and sugars. Even losing power down to some wicked storms for a whole day we enjoyed our stay.The only down side for us where the 20 steps from ground level to main level (because we are old and the body just doesn't work like it use it). Beautiful views of the Ohio River. Enjoyed watching the barges go by and the occasional bald eagle.Wished we could have stayed longer.

The location of this property was phenomenal! We had front row views to the scenic Ohio River, and we were in awe as a bald eagle flew over the river in all its majestic beauty. We were just a short drive to Clifty Falls and the historic town of Madison. We appreciate the cleanliness of the property and the nice kitchen. We had everything we needed to prepare and eat our meals together. We experienced quality family time and made memories that will last us forever.
