Welcome to your private Georgetown retreat—a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse in one of Washington DC’s most desirable neighborhoods. This beautifully preserved home blends historic architecture with modern upgrades, offering hardwood floors, curated furnishings, and abundant natural light.

Living Room – Spacious open layout with a plush sectional sofa, smart TV, and elegant chandelier, perfect for relaxing after exploring DC.

Dining Room – Seats six comfortably, ideal for shared meals, business dinners, or game nights.

Kitchen – Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, coffee maker, cookware, and breakfast bar seating for two.

The property was easy to find, clean and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, parks and the waterfront. The beds were comfortable and the host was responsive and accommodating. Parking was included and we found a spot right outside the property. We will definitely keep this place on our list of places to stay in DC.

Loved this house so continently located in Georgetown! Great location to all the shops on Wisconsin, multiple grocery stores in walking distance, and plenty of restaurants. The beds were comfy and the space was perfect to unwind in after long days of trekking all over DC! Host was extremely responsive and attentive. Loved this house and this experience!

My children and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely Georgetown property. The townhome was just as depicted online and was perfect for a family of 5 for a weekend.Matt, the host, was very communicative and helpful. From pre-arrival messaging to checking in on us while we were on site, Matt was a great host!The townhome location could not be beat! All that Georgetown offers was within a few minutes' walk of the property. We really enjoyed our weekend and will most definitely rebook in the future!

We greatly enjoyed this lovely townhouse location in Georgetown! Light and bright decor, nicely appointed bathrooms, great location and free street parking for one car. We Walked easily from the townhouse to Wisconsin Ave, and then all the way to M street. Simply ubered back:)! Host is nice and helpful. We highly recommend the Charming Georgetown Townhouse! Also…Beds are comfy and coffee pods ready. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is clean and appointed nicely.
