Recently renovated with all the textures! A perfect studio for a couple's getaway, newlyweds, an adventure weekend exploring, or if you are out of town on business. Quaint and homie yet roomy to spread out with a modern feel. Right downtown. Enjoy a drink at the bistro tabletop right on the main drag. There are quite a few fun things to do in walking distance too! We have some really cute local shops, antiquing, thrifting, restaurants, bars, boutiques, and parks. And the studio is smack in the middle of them all. Only a short drive to our states most beautiful lakes (Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee), rivers, hiking trails, waterfalls, Clemson games, as well as the well-known Wednesday Pickens Jockey lot aka flea market. Downtown Greenville is only a short distance, which has been ranked one of the top-rated cities to visit nationally.
Come enjoy a stay and see what our town has to offer. You will love it!

We love our hometown! This humble abode holds dear memories for us. We love walking main street. Visiting all the shops, eating at all our favorite places and even just hanging out on the roof.

There are no other apartments to rent on main street Pickens with this unique, modern design that still holds dear history and craftmanship.. not to mention with a roof top patio lounge and firepit to enjoy sunsets or sunrises!
