The River House is a boutique tiny home on the river front of the Saluda with breath taking views- just 5 minutes from Downtown Greenville!
This is a perfect place to relax, unwind, and rejuvenate. Great for a romantic couples getaway, family vacation, or friends getting together to have fun. So cozy and picturesque. You will never want to leave!
Located on-site at Saluda Outdoor Center with river tubing (in season), Butler Tavern Restaurant, live music, paddle boarding, fishing, and much more.

We had a great weekend at the little house. Felt like we were a long way from home but could get to anything we needed in 10-15 minutes. Very relaxing and the house accommodations were fantastic. Highly Highky recommend

Tiny house

We absolutely loved this tiny home, super clean, adorable great view,fire pit, the location was great there is a resturant walking distance you can also watch the tubers come in on the river . We relaxed listened to the river a lot and went to the city oneday and rented bicycles and did the swamp rabbit trail . The hosts are super nice and responsive . Definitely will go back

Great property! Very comfortable and nice finishes throughout. Really close to downtown Greenville, but feels like you’re far away. Perfect for a quick get-away alone or with another adult; however, it would tight if more than two. It would be nice if the sofa was a pull out. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Place

Location was perfect for seeing Greenville and experiencing outdoors. Very clean and has everything you would need for comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and will be back again!
