Discover our tranquil 3-bedroom gem in Dripping Springs. Nestled in the Hill County in beautiful Dripping Springs. Just minutes from Downtown Austin and centrally located for our guests to enjoy all the Hill Country has to offer.

This fabulous property is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom with a private hot tub and a spectacular outdoor space. Relax by the fire pit while grilling under the Texas stars. Enjoy outdoor dining with your friends and family on the deck or in the indoor dining room. Take a dip in your private hot tub. This beautiful property is yours to enjoy with friends and family.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with high quality mattress and an ensuite bathroom. There are two guest rooms with queen size beds and luxurious linens, perfect for a cozy stay. The two guest rooms share a full bathroom with a shower and tub combination. We provide the shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash and hairdryers for added convenience.

This secluded home has central AC, large enclosed backyard, fire pit, private hot tub, high speed Wifi, two large screen TV's with Roku, sky high ceilings, oversized leather couches, indoor and outdoor dining for six, well appointed kitchen to ensure our guests have everything to they need to feel right at home.

Full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen offers dinner service for six, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffeemaker and coffee station, glass top stove, built in microwave, fireplace and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

I stayed in this beautiful home with 5 friends while we were in town for a wedding. We were perfectly located between restaurants and the venue. As this is the wedding capital of Texas, I would highly recommend the convenient location of this home. Everything was very clean and spacious for our larger group. The hosts were very accommodating, kind, and quick respond. They provided wonderful resources in the area. The home and the hosts exceeded our expectations!

Wasn’t expecting the property to be down a single lane road but fortunately we rarely saw others on the road. The place was perfect for our family. Jeanette was very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions about the hot tub. We enjoyed the place so much that we didn’t go sightseeing as much as we expected, just enjoyed hanging out on the deck.

The house was beautiful and full of small details that made it cozy. The wall of windows provides amazing views of the sunrise. The deck and hot tub are spacious and provides a great end to your day of sight seeing. The owner is very responsive and helpful.

We were too busy to use the hot tub!! The place is very deceiving from the outside but beautiful inside. Very clean. Would have liked to have had a keurig.

Thank you for the 10/10 review. Your feedback is invaluable. I appreciate you taking the time. Thank you for your kind words. I had a great time decorating the home. I think it turned out super cute. Regarding the Keurig, some guests have commented that it is wasteful. We decided by having a drip coffee maker and provide the coffee, creamer and sugar, would appease our guests. Perhaps, we should revisit that option. We want all our guests to fully enjoy their stay. I hope you will come back when you have more time and can enjoy the hot tub. I would love to host you again! This is a gem not too far away from other venues we needed to be at over the weekend. Was not expecting the landscape/trees but not too far out. Great communication with owner before and during. Would definitely stay again
