Welcome to our Cozy Stay in Downtown New Haven! This beautiful two bedroom stay has easy access to all New Haven has to offer. Travelers, families, Yale students, travel nurses, X-ray techs and more can enjoy a simple and quick commute to and from your destinations. Enjoy the sights, sounds and lovely smells of New Haven Pizza and so much more. Whether you’re an individual traveling or a group, you’ll enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Our home is your home!



A Spacious open flow with great living room space, large bedrooms, a great dedicated work space. We have a 360 view of downtown with windows at every turn. A place for cozy nights and great window views for sunny mornings!



You’ll have full access to the space and all it has to offer. Everything from the living room and all rooms access. To the shared backyard, and fire pit.



New Haven’s downtown is vibrant and full of life. With steady traffic from Yale students, grad students and up and coming aristocrats! There are hundreds of small little cafes, pizza shops, boutique shops and so much more within walking distance. Yale’s beautiful campus is a bike ride or within walking distance of your stay!



You’ll be able to bike to almost anywhere, hop on a bus, or even Uber to and from all parts of the city.

We had a little issue with check in , but got resolved very quickly, but the overall stay was absolutely amazing, wonderful and peaceful, my mother enjoyed the entire apartment, even though it was for a sad occasion, she felt like she was right at home, the property manager was very respectful and responsive, every time something was wrong, and even showed up to fix one of the TVs, the location was amazing, and very convenient. But overall it was mainly for my mom and she enjoyed every bit of it. And would definitely rent this apartment out again next time we travel. 100/100 for me. We thank "Kyle" so much for everything. And the property management team. Awesome experience for a first timer. Doing this. You guys rock..
