Lovely 1-bedroom penthouse with roof deck & pool

Really enjoyed this place; had everything we need. The upstairs deck was a great place to eat breakfast in the morning. To clarify, the pool on the unit's roof *is* private, though it's *not* a hot tub (it's a traditional pool). The walk to 5th ave is short (the "boardwalk" style area), and very walkable to the popular private beaches. Unit was great! The host was pretty good in that he was highly communicative. At the end, there was an exchange suggesting that my security deposit might need to be charged due to the sheets being dirty and some items (sunscreen; beers) being left behind. I found this odd. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

Perfect location!

Despite a bit of a bumpy start to holiday I was very pleased with the condo as it is just like the photos. The concierge staff were friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic as there are quite a few family type restaurants and cafes close by as well as grocery store and banks. Would love to go back again! Lesley February 2023

Very nice condo

The condo is very nice and well located. Just across from the supermarket, and 15 minute walk to the beach. There was a nice breeze coming from the outside when all the doors were open, and we didn’t need the AC that much. The bed was super comfortable. There is a dishwasher listed as part of the unit, but the breaker had been turned off, and I was not able to find dishwashing machine detergent in any stores anyway. The unit was super clean; there were a couple of issues, but they were resolved quickly. One important issue was the fact that there was only one keycard, and the card needs to stay in a slot on the wall for the internet and electricity to be on. That meant always synchronizing our activities and making sure the other was home to open the door. An information package/binder would have been nice. We had to ask for the wi-fi password (and were not given the correct one), the garbage disposal and recycling, etc. We didn’t receive any check-out information either. The private rooftop pool and the terrace was great. I went to the larger rooftop pool twice, but there were never any lounge chairs available. The gym is much smaller than I thought, but because of Covid we had to reserve and it was limited to 4 persons at a time so it was not an issue. Overall, it was a nice unit and I would go back.

Was a perfect location to enjoy playa !!!

Property was clean vibrant ...lots of plants and pools for everyone to enjoy. great location to grocery store 5th avenue and restaurants. Staff helpful and very attentive. Our penthouse room was the perfect size private and great for relaxation!! Highly reccomend. Nash who looked after us was very prompt and helpful. All and all fabulous stay ...we will return
