Message to VRBO Review Moderation Team: Attached is the exact words of the Guest upon check out below. I believe this poor review is retaliation from the wife as she called me on my personal line communicating that she planned on calling me later about the incident that occurred with the 10 year old boy. However, my cleaning crew found and reported the incident prior to her attempts notify me of incident. All of the details of our dialog is noted in VRBO messages. Please review the guest 1/18 notes via VRBO message upon their check out that was very positive indicating they had a great stay and they would leave a review. Unfortunately the review rating contradict the positive feedback they provided on 1/18 check out. I believe this review was an act of retaliation post check out because I requested payment to replace the small stool that was broken by one of their guest which is part of the Frisco home house rules. Did not realize the wife would use the review to retaliate with low rating and false experience. I gave them a 5 star review in spite of this experience. Pleaae review the VRBO messages to further support unfair retaliation claims. I am now requesting immediately that VRBO remove my 5 star review for them and requesting that you remove their poor review of their stay at my property. I have 45-50 stays with Airbnb and rated a 4.97 SuperHost.
