Amazing five-bedroom villa, 15 minutes From Airport, airport transfers included

The villa is designed in the traditional Caribbean fashion on a single-level floor plan with high beamed ceilings.The pool has a stunning ocean view with gardens surrounding the deck area.

A large pavilion seating 12 comfortably for cocktails and meals is located on the lawn area.

The villa has a beautiful working kitchen for guests who like to cook.
The property has a housekeeper for servicing the bedrooms. Guests using the kitchen do self-cleaning.


The master bedroom features a California king bed, a well-appointed sitting area, and a luxury bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower, all of which are fully air-conditioned.

Bedroom 2 features a king-size bed with a stunning sea view, an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower, and air conditioning.

Bedroom 3 has an ocean view queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower, and Air conditioning.

Bedroom 4 features an ocean view queen bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower.

Bedroom 5 has a sea view with two queen beds, and air-conditioning. The full bath comes with a tub/shower.

All the bedrooms have large closet areas for the storage of clothes and personal items. Bedrooms have plush bath and hand towels, beach towels, hand soaps.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and all table settings. A laundry room is available for 7-night stays.

The entire property is walled and gated along with security patrol. Never a problem in the neighborhood.

The guest house is not offered as part of the rental agreement.

Best time in Villa Belvedere

The villa had everything we wanted to enjoy our vacation at. Beautiful view, secured, short distance to the airport, shops and restaurants made our stay stress free. The swimming pool was a cherry on top where all of us had fun. Clarebel (worked at the property) and Mark( transportation) ensured our stay was pleasurable. The owners also kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend the property.

Truly wonderful experience at exceptional villa in Jamaica

We had the most wonderful stay for a week over New Year's at this villa. Villa was spacious and well appointed. Our party of 9 (two families with teens) had a wonderful time inside the home, and out. Great pool, outdoor eating area, and sitting area with incredible view. Inside also fantastic with a huge kitchen, living room, dining room and bedrooms. (Primary suite was stunning in particular). Hosts were wonderful- attentive and helpful and even prepared a few special meals for us, which were amazing. Highly recommend this property.

Simple amazing

Let me start by saying Mr. Ron and his lovely wife were such amazing host. Everything we needed, they accommodated accordingly. We were here for my sister 30th birthday and had the best time ever. The view was beautiful to wake up to each day. The house was very clean and spacious. We even had an excellent drive who took us every where we needed to go and waiting on us . When I come back to Jamaica I will stay here most definitely.

A Truly Unforgettable Stay at Villa BelvedereOur stay at Villa Belvedere was incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt cared for. Millie and Ron greeted us with a delicious pasta lunch and rum punch—such a thoughtful way to begin our celebration.The home is spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Our group of eight had plenty of room. Each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom, and the common areas were large and welcoming. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked—everything you could need.The outdoor space was a dream. The patio was cozy, the gazebo peaceful, and the pool had one of the best views we’ve ever seen. We were pleasantly surprised to find that daily housekeeping was included—Clarabel kept everything sparkling.Millie’s hospitality made this stay unforgettable. She prepared a full Jamaican breakfast for us to enjoy outside, and one evening when I stayed in, she surprised me with the most delicious dinner of fish and vegetables. Her homemade carrot cake for my sister’s birthday—complete with candles and “67” on top—was the best we’ve ever tasted.This home—and the people behind it—made our trip truly special. We’ll absolutely return and highly recommend Villa Belvedere to friends and family.

Amazing experience!!!!

The property is so beautiful and hosts are simply amazing. Gorgeous breathtaking views of the ocean from the pool deck and the gazebo. Owners were the best I’ve ever met that’s saying a lot coming from someone who has travelled to several Caribbean islands and has rented similar villas. The owner Milificient is an excellent cook. She got us fresh fruits, vegetables and meat. The housekeeper Caravelle is very friendly and sweet. She would come in during the breakfast time and get us a platter of fresh local juicy fruits. We were a party of 10 with 6 adults and 4 children. Everyone loved the place because of its locality and the host’s hospitality. We had fun conversations with the co-owner Ron. He was always there to help us out. I can’t recommend this place enough to someone who is looking to have a relaxing yet fun Jamaican vacation.

Home away from home!

First let me say that the property though amazing, is the second greatest asset of this location! The first were the owners, Ron and Millie who are on the property in the guest house and take care of your family like you are their family! We enjoyed every minute of being there. The staff was accommodating, the views from the property are breathtaking, honestly I can’t say enough about our stay! Christmas morning (well every morning)!!) breakfast was served outside on the veranda. A COMPLIMENTARY Christmas dinner was a full American spread along with traditional Jamaican dishes too, Millie cooked the whole day, we were so grateful to have her as our host and incredibly sad to have to leave but honestly one of the top 5 vacations our family of 12 has ever taken! Thank you Millie and Ron for the experience and for making us a official part of your family! See you in the future ❤️

This was a 5 star for many reasons but here’s some reasons that could’ve made it 4-if your looking for modern “stay quarters” pass this is more of a vintage beauty-Also familiarize yourself with the protocols of on site housekeepers & chef dynamic. t can be startling if you don’t understand their role and what they do and when (as far as arriving early & moving through the property quietly)-The internet was down pretty much the whole stay so no “live TV” we were able to play music with a spotty signal-If you are not driving, pls know if your a thrill seeker while there you will hv to pay ground transportation in some way, shape or form. There is nothing you can just leave out of the villa and walk to near the propertyOutside of those tiny things AMAZING FAMILY EXPERIENCE! Ron & Ms.Milli were kind & warm..very welcoming-The villa it self does offer a private driver that’s great, very professional & patient; transportation to & from the airport was seamless, however excursion transport (is not included in your stay) duh! Lol! Views from this property were breathe taking & meals on the pavillion were to die for -I recommend this space for large families (def won’t be on top of each other) which was very important to us; we were a family of 8-As far as Customer issues and quick resolution, Ms Millie was on it no complaints there definitely will consider staying with them again on family travel to Montego Bay. Truly a family feel & a home away from home Mon!!
