Amazing 2 bedrooms + den, 2 baths Villa located in Beachwalk by Manasota Key in Englewood, FL. Our home sleeps 5.

The space offers everything you need for a relaxing stay:

Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, dresser, smart TV – en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, dressers, smart TV

Den: 1 Pull-out twin bed, couch, smart TV, desk with chair.

Dining room: Dining table with seating for 4 (or 6 if using counter stools).

Living room: Smart TV, large couch, two armchairs, books, games, puzzles.

Small enclosed lanai with preserve views and seating for 3.

Kitchen: Gas stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, Keurig, kettle, French press, blender, cooler, reverse osmosis system for drinking water.

Garage: 2 adult bikes, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, pickleball paddles, drying rack, shark teeth sifter.

Misc: Washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, pool/beach towels, gas stove.

Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, den, and living room.

You will be provided with 2 fobs to access the amenities as well as a gate pass/badge holder for your car (a $25 replacement fee applies if lost).
No smoking on the property, this includes the lanai and the garage, thank you.

All utilities are included and all TVs are smart TVs - just log in to your favorite streaming platforms.

PLEASE remember to leave the keys, fobs, and the gate pass/badge holder on the dining room table when you check out.
Please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it.
Gather all used towels (bath/beach) and place them in washer.
Strip the sheets from beds.
Take out any trash before you leave. Trash day is Friday please roll it to the curb.
Log out of the Smart TVs.
Turn off the lights, lock the doors.
