The Space:

Get a taste of coastal luxury living at this incredible end-row townhome located right on the Cape Haze Marina in the Intracoastal Waterway. Complete with multiple waterfront decks furnished for outdoor lounging, the home features an all-new interior with upgraded appliances, fixtures, and decor. Enjoy soaking up some sun or just admire the dolphins and manatees playing in the marina.For some off-site fun, spend the day at Englewood Public Beach or take a boat or ferry trip to Palm Island or Boca Grande Island.





The immaculate, four-story home boasts a deck on every level, each offering phenomenal views of the marina, Gulf, and the Intracoastal. A plush sectional and smart TV set the scene for family movie nights and casual downtime in the main-floor living area. A full suite of brand-new stainless steel appliances is equipped for painless at-home meal prep. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Beautiful Waterfront Condo!

Just PERFECT! Beautiful place to stay! My grandkids loved their room and the twin bunkbeds. Location is fantastic! Thank you for sharing Paradise! We booked a sandbar shelling and Sunset charter with Captain Jerry Blake and it was awesome 👍. Captain Jerry was so good with my Grandkids and my Daughter, and he picked us up at the Marina behind the condo.

Management company was horrible

Place was nice but not accessible by Boat or you got called on by everybody. The management company was horrible. They send you to a third-party website scan your ID and want selfie so or they do t give you access and they only tell you this when you want to check inthey can start sending you their own Rentals.

A little piece of paradise

Condo was excellent. Very comfortable. There were a couple minor mechanical things that the owners need to fix and something needs to be worked out with the "dock master" over use of the dock. We were just loading family, fishing poles, and ice chest and got reported. Very inconvenient anda royal pain carrying everything to marina. Condo was great but want stay again because of boat situation.
