This luxury hilltop villa offers a meticulously designed layout across three distinct pavilions, all centered around an infinity-edge swimming pool terrace with panoramic sunrise and sunset views of Phang Nga Bay and its islands.

Accommodation: The villa features five ensuite bedrooms.

Main Pavilion: This pavilion houses the main open-plan living and dining area, furnished with comfortable sofas, a TV, and a dining table seating 10. Concertina patio doors open fully to reveal breathtaking views of the Bay and pool. A separate, fully-equipped Western kitchen is also located here.

Master Bedroom Pavilion: A dedicated pavilion contains the master bedroom suite, complete with a king-size bed, a separate dressing area, and an ensuite bathroom. Concertina doors provide direct balcony access and sea views.

Guest Bedroom Pavilion: This pavilion comprises four additional king-size bedrooms, each fitted with wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony ideal for enjoying the sea breeze.

Outdoor Area: The expansive infinity-edge swimming pool is surrounded by ample terracing, furnished with outdoor seating.

Staff Quarters: Maid's quarters are located off the main living pavilion with a separate entrance from the carport, ensuring guest privacy.

Location & Security: The villa is situated within a 24/7 secured community, ensuring high safety. The maid's quarters (referred to as the butler's house in some descriptions) are adjacent to the villa with a private entrance, maintaining guest privacy.

This modern-design villa, perched high above the Phang Nga Islands, is an ideal choice for a private getaway or hosting a party, offering unlimited sunrise to sunset views from every indoor space.

Guests may access the entire villa except for the maid quarters.

There is NO SMOKING inside any of the villa interior areas. Smoking is only permitted outside and a fine of 10,000 Baht will be charged if this house rule is violated.
