There are several things that caused the loss of a couple of stars:1) The ad needs to explain that both baths are upstairs. We had elderly relatives that have difficulty with so many stairs.2) We were not supposed to be charged until our 1st day of our reservation but we were charged when we made the reservation. 3) Front steps are soft wood that feel like they are about to crack.4) Keys were in a lock box. A keypad entry would be much better. The person with the key always has to be around. That is difficult with multiple guests. 5) Shower/tub was slippery, needs a bath mat or gripper stickers6) Host needs to use laundry detergent and fabric softener without fragrance or dyes. I woke up a couple of mornings with red, wartery eyes before i figured out the problem. I had to wash the sheets myself. 7) There is no way to unpack because there is no dresser in the bedrooms. There were only a couple of hangers in the closet.There is also no where to put suitcases, so they had to lay on the floor. 8) The master bedroom comforter had loose stuffing that just puddled on the floor. Had to use one of the extra blankets. 9) Coffee mugs were extremely small. Only held about a half a cup. 10) Extra towels and washcloths should be available. I prefer to use a clean washcloth daily. Any one of these items would no big deal. But, all together they amount to the loss of a couple of stars.
