This beautifully remodeled beachfront condo is perched on the 6th floor of the exclusive Saida Towers II, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room flood the space with natural light and showcase stunning ocean vistas and summer fireworks.

Located in the southeast beachfront building, this top-floor unit is just steps from the sand and within walking distance to South Padre Island’s best restaurants, shopping, nightlife, water sports, and family attractions.

Anyone staying at Saida Towers and Royale Beach & Tennis Club between the ages of 10-32 years or considered to be participating in Spring Break activities will be required to purchase and wear a security wristband. This policy will be enforced from March 1, 2026 - April 5, 2026, which includes Easter week. The cost per wristband will be $25 plus tax (17%).

The property was beautiful. It is close to the pool and right infront of the beach. Access to both are extremely easy. The host was awesome. I had some trouble getting in, but he was just a message away to help. Thank you, Pedro. Looking forward to booking another getaway.

The room was perfect and the views were awesome. Had one little problem with the air conditioner and contacted the host and he got it fixed right away. Great place.

This property was great. Easy to get to after crossing over the bridge. Great location to the night life and the beach access was great. Pools were also very accessible from the room. The condo itself had a great flow to it. Kitchen was a great size and equipment with everything we needed. Easy open pantry to store groceries but easy access when cooking. The living space was spacious. The rooms had great amenities from remote control fans to walk in showers. The view from the balcony was amazing especially when accommodated with a cup of coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening with a night cap. Highly recommend this property! Great for a family of 5

My daughter and I had a fantastic experience from beginning to end in this Saida II 6th floor condo. Communication from Pedro was on point! Check in and check out directions were simple and smooth. The condo itself was amazing! I've stayed in several in SPI over the years, and this one was by far our favorite! It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The views from the balcony were also spectacular. We'll be hunting for this condo again on our next trip to SPI!
