Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the locked cleaners’ closet and backyard sheds.

Important Notes
• Up to 2 dogs allowed (100 lbs combined max) for $175 per stay. No cats, please.
• Dog door leads to a fenced dog run — please use this area rather than landscaped yard. If dogs use the yard, kindly hose down the area afterward.
• Landscaping service occurs every Wednesday.
• No parties or events permitted. Violations may result in immediate termination of stay.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
• Exterior camera present for security and monitoring of locked outdoor areas.
• Garbage and recycling pickup is early Monday mornings — please place bins at curb Sunday night if staying through the weekend.
• Parking: 2 cars in garage, 2 in driveway, plus street parking available.
• Must be 21+ to book.
• Fireplace is decorative and non-functional.
• Fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink.

• Primary Bedroom: Queen bed + desk and printer
• Guest Bedroom: Queen bed
• Gym/Multi-Use Room: Queen Murphy bed
• Additional Sleeping: Two twin beds
Extended Stay Comfort
For stays of 21 nights or longer, a scheduled mid-stay professional cleaning is included to maintain the home’s quality and comfort. This required service is billed separately at the standard cleaning rate, and we will coordinate a convenient date and time with you.
