Needs a little TLC

The house is just like the pictures. The AC did break while we were on vacation but the manager got it repaired immediately. A few of the rooms upstairs were very hot and the air did not circulate good even before and after the repair. There was a little dirt and trash by the couch, but I would definitely give this rating a 4.5.

Star Wars room and Pool a huge hit!!

This was home was wonderful. Roomy for all 10 of us! As the description said, minutes from all Disney parks! This time of the year, pool did not need heat added. No real complaints, except home needs a real good cleaning. I would definitely recommend!

Great location and beautiful home.

Great house, nice location very clean. Kids had plenty of room to play and the big kitchen island was great! Washer/dryer, iron and ironing board available as well. Gated community with security guard was easy to check-in. The private pool was nice. The community is gated and feels very safe. I highly recommend this house!

Frank’s place is very nice!

The home was very clean and equipped with almost everything you’d need. We were very comfortable with enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. clean and welcoming also close to everything.Great accommodations. Great location. Great host!!!

There is wonderful space !

There is wonderful space for the whole family to gather and spend time with each other. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to everyone .The space was big enough for our family and the decor was very pretty. The private pool was nice, very clean and beautiful house .

The good. Secure home, centrally located with enough room for a large family. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and the pool heat was fabulous. The play room was a favorite of my youngest. Items that need to be addressed. The carpet needs to be replaced, stained and dingy. Walls need to be repainted or thoroughly wiped down especially in the master water closet. The light globe is broken out in the mater bedroom and the light is out in the front king bedroom. The washing machine sounds like it is going to explode so cannot be used during sleeping hours. This could be a fabulous rental with just a little TLC. Thank you for sharing your home.

Beautiful vacation home!

"This is a beautiful property! Our stay was great the villa, the community, the facilities at the community, the area and proximity to Disney / Universal park was as described! Really liked the fact that this is a gated community, the gate is always staffed by guards (24/7). The house itself was clean and comfortable—truly, this is a dream vacation home and we hope to return again next year. Being our first rental, really didn't know what to expect but very highly recommend this home and Jenna (owner - very nice and prompt with her communication regarding the property) to anyone. Book this property, you won't be disappointed"

Our villa is located 5 minutes from Walt Disney Theme Parks and minutes from Sea World, Universal Studios, Legoland, golf and many other popular Florida attractions.
