Welcome to Villa Sonrisa, our luxurious vacation home located right in the middle of all the Central Florida magic. Our home is just 2 miles from Walt Disney World property in the 24 hour guard-gated resort community of Windsor Hills. This is the premier vacation home destination in the Orlando area, featuring resort amenities such as a private movie theater, exercise center, lagoon-style zero-entry pool, water park with water slides, fountains, tennis courts, basketball, a putting green, volleyball and children's playgrounds (main clubhouse/community pool is 4 tenths of a mile or 8 minute walk away from our home).

The floor plan of this particular home offers privacy for each of the 5 bedrooms as they all have their own full bath -- three are king master suites, one is a queen bedroom and there's also an adorable twin/twin room for the kids. Every bedroom features it's own flat screen HDTV. Everyone will enjoy the open living area with a big 75" HDTV that is Chromecast and Apple Airplay enabled so you can stream all your favorites from Netflix, HBO, YouTube, and more (note: your own subscription services are required). DVD Players are also at the home.

The fully screened private pool and spa area features a sunny Southwestern exposure. Our shaded outdoor entertainment area, with upgraded dining furniture, twin overhead fans, and a propane BBQ grill (complimentary), makes for the perfect place to lounge or dine. The saltwater pool is much gentler on your skin, eyes, and swimwear than a typical chlorine-based pool. There's a spill-over spa for soaking in after a long day at the parks and, of course, our signature water basketball game that the whole family will enjoy.

The real fun begins in Villa Sonrisa's air conditioned and fully finished game room featuring: pool table with 9 ball and snooker balls, pinball, bubble hockey, 60-in-1 stand-up video game machine, electronic darts, big screen TV, desktop computer, and a comfortable lounger with pub table. Our home is connected to Blue Stream Fiber internet with up to 500Mbps multipoint WiFi service throughout so everyone can work/game/stream to their heart's content.

No extra charge for Pool Heat or BBQ Propane. 5 Night minimum stay.

The home is amazing and the location is perfect if you are planning to go to the Disney Parks. We had 3 generations in the home and it was quite comfortable for everyone. The home was clean and check in was a breeze. The pool is well maintained and well used by everyone. The kiddos loved the AC/DC pinball machine. They want one for their home. The hosts were some of the best I have dealt with on vacation homes.

Great house close to everything!

We recently had 7 adults stay for a week at DisneyWorld. There was plenty of space for everyone. Community is gated and has a lovely community pool. Had a minor issue that was addressed immediately by the owner. She remained in constant contact updating us on the status while we were at the parks. We highly recommend this home to adults and young families. Great house and great owners!

Family trip to Disney

This was a very comfortable house for the Nine of us. The pool was a huge hit for the kids and ourselves. The drive to the parks were better than we expected, we left between 7;30/8am each morning and had no traffic to deal with.

Another Great Stay at Villa Sonrisa

This was our third stay at Villa Sonrisa, and as always, it was a wonderful experience. The house is clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need. It's conveniently located near shopping and all the Disney parks. The property owner communicates promptly and is always helpful with any questions or concerns. Wish we could stay longer

Beautiful home in wonderful location. The owner and property manager were very easy to contact. Children loved the pool and game room at the end of a day spent seeing Disney and Universal. Sorry we didn’t have time to use community pool and water park. They look amazing. Close to Walmart Target restaurants urgent care. Definitely a 10 rating.

Perfect Vacation Home

We had wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It brought back great memories of our stay here in 2016. The salt water pool and hot tub were amazing. Always loved the game room and glad you still have the AC/DC pinball machine. Excellant people to rent froom . Very helpful and hope to return again someday.

Fantastic House Minutes from Disney

This stay was terrific! The house is just as described in the listing and was perfect for seven seven people using four of the bedrooms. The layout of the house works well and the sound is pretty well isolated from room to room - so if there are people wanting to stay up later in the living room, the sound in the bedrooms is rather quiet. The heated private pool and hot tub are great and we used them multiple times per day. The development is beautiful and well-maintained, and only about 10-20 minutes from the Disney parks depending on traffic. The communication with the host was very responsive. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit.

Perfect Space

3 couples stayed for 7 days. The house was even nicer than the photos. Everyone loved their beds and the game room was a HUGE hit. The owners were incredibly responsive to any inquiries. Highly recommend and we would love to stay here again if the need arises.

Great house, well stocked with everything needed. Very clean!!!!! Great having a heated pool and a fantastic game room. The community pool area was also a lot of fun. The Best Stress-Free Stay in Florida!

This was hands-down the most stress-free stay we’ve ever had in Florida. Typically, there are tons of rules and restrictions, which is understandable, but this host truly focused on making the check-in process easy, helping us settle in, and encouraging us to just have fun. The house felt like a true home away from home. As frequent visitors to Florida, we’ve experienced our share of overcomplicated stays with endless notes on bathrooms and doors, but this was refreshingly different. One standout feature was the thoughtful amenities. We couldn’t bring our stroller or highchair, but the host provided several options for both, which made our trip so much easier this year! We can’t wait to return—this place is a gem!

I can not recommend this property enough. Stunning villa, modern furnishings, beautiful heated pool which gets the sun all day. The teens loved the playroom. Our stay was wonderful. Everything we needed for a week's vacation was available, and the house was clean and comfortable. Our children loved the pool and the cool game room! The house is conveniently located 15 minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from Universal. The owner was always prompt and responsive. We highly recommend booking your stay at this fabulous property!

We were very patient in our search for just the right home and it paid off. This particular house had the perfect combination of open floor plan, luxurious appointments, and air conditioned/fully furnished game room -- when we saw the sunny south-west facing pool orientation it really sealed the deal. One added bonus, this house being on a corner bend provides a feeling of space and privacy that most other homes in the Windsor complex can't match.
