As our guest at ADINA Luxe | All-Inclusive, you will have exclusive access to the entire 6,000 sq. ft. villa, offering the ultimate in privacy and luxury. Here's what you can expect:

Private Bedrooms & Bathrooms: All 8 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms are for your exclusive use. The two master bedrooms feature private hot tubs, offering a perfect, luxurious retreat with stunning ocean views and all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is available for you to use at any time, or you can opt for our chef to prepare custom meals (groceries are at the guest’s cost).

Living & Dining Areas: Expansive living and dining areas are perfect for gathering, relaxing, or entertaining. Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean, beach, and surrounding landscape from every angle.

Outdoor Spaces:

Private Beaches and Marley Beach (just 2 minutes away by car) are available for you to enjoy, providing an ideal spot for sunbathing, swimming, or lounging.

Maximum Occupancy: The villa comfortably accommodates up to 16 adults. There are two additional spaces for children, allowing a total of 18 guests (with children).

Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of the villa's quiet hours from 10pm to 7am to maintain the peaceful and serene environment for all guests.

No Pets: We have a no pets policy to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of all guests.

Parties & Events: Unique and luxury events only are permitted, with prior approval. Small weddings (up to 25 guests) and intimate birthday celebrations are welcome. Please contact us ahead of time for event inquiries.

Airport Transfers: Complimentary transportation is provided for guests arriving and departing from Eion Fleming Airport, Montego Bay, and Kingston airports.

Accessibility: The villa is located in a secluded area with off-road travel access, offering privacy and tranquility. Please note that guests will need a vehicle for easy access, though transportation can be arranged upon request. We don't have an elevator and our property is not wheel chair friendly to get to the pool.

Weather & Beach Access: While the villa is perfectly positioned for spectacular views and beach access, be mindful of weather conditions when planning beach activities. The nearby beaches offer calm waters perfect for relaxing, though the surrounding area can have varying conditions depending on the season.
