Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in San Marcos. A short drive to San Marcos Premium Outlets, Texas State University campus, Braunfels, Austin, Wimberley and much more!

We traveled with 10 people, this house fit all of us comfortably. Walking distance to the river. And close access to the store and restaurants. The hosts responded quickly with all questions. We were very happy guests.

The home is beautiful and welcoming. We had a family wedding in town and having amenities that helped us get ready was extremely helpful. Great kirchen and bathroom, all decorated very nice. The beds are so comfortable as well.

Rental property is spacious. Easily accommodates 8-10 adults. Kitchen, bathrooms, living room well stocked with supplies. Property is near all popular San Marcos landmarks. We enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable stay. Great location. Clean. Well equipped with everything you need. I stay in many rental properties and usually you get about two trash bags, two toilet paper rolls, etc. This host provided a plethora of anything you would need such as soap, towels, trash bags, paper towels, kleenex, etc. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our entire party. It was very convenient having three full bathrooms. Hosts are very responsive if you need anything.
