Inside, you'll find everything you need! With 4 cozy beds and 2 full bathrooms, there’s plenty of room to spread out. The game room features a pool table and mini foosball table. Outside, enjoy a fully fenced yard with turf, a cowboy pool, fire pit, and al fresco dining!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This home has been a special part of our family’s journey since we bought it in 2016. For eight years, it served as a home-away-from-home for our friends and family attending Texas State University. With two generations of proud Bobcat graduates in our family, our connection to San Marcos and the university runs deep.

San Marcos is a gem of a town, known for its vibrant community, natural beauty, and rich history. From tubing down the crystal-clear river to discovering local eateries and shops, there’s something here for everyone. And if you’re up for more adventure, Austin and other Texas Hill Country towns are just a short drive away.
