Located just 3 miles from Aspirus Wausau Hospital and Marshfield Clinic, and a short drive to Weston (7-8 miles), you'll also be minutes from downtown Wausau, the Grand Theater, the new YMCA, and scenic river trails perfect for walks or runs.
Enjoy a full kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, Roku Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and on-site coin laundry - all in a peaceful 4-unit building with free off-street parking. This clean and comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is fully equipped for short or extended stays:
