This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse offers one of the best locations in Sun Peaks for easy access to all the resort has to offer — complete with a private hot tub and heated garage space for your gear, comfort and convenience.

- Ski-out: Walk through the playing field and join the Gentle Giant

All good but sizes were not always available for skiing and teaching was not geared to beginner adults. The chalet was perfect but there could be more parking next to the entrance.

The place was great overall and everything was as we expected. It was very clean, well stocked with amenities, and the location was excellent—nice and close to the village.The one thing we were disappointed with was the checkout policy. Checkout is at 10:00 AM rather than the more common 11:00 AM. When we asked if we could have a courtesy late checkout until 11:00 AM, we were told there would be a charge of 25 per hour, plus taxes, which brought the cost to almost 27 just for that extra hour.Our family of six travels together quite often, and getting everyone packed up, organized, and ready to leave—especially with younger family members—can take some time. Having that extra hour makes a big difference for us. This was the first time in all our travels that we’ve encountered a 10:00 AM checkout combined with an additional charge just to extend it to 11:00 AM.We completely understand that every property has its own policies and that cleaning schedules need to be accommodated. However, we would have appreciated a little more flexibility, particularly since we were only asking to stay until what is typically a standard checkout time at many places we’ve stayed.That being said, the property itself was very nice, clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and we enjoyed our stay. I would still recommend it, but families or larger groups should be aware of the 10:00 AM checkout and that extending it by even one hour costs 25 plus taxes (almost 27) when planning their departure
