It includes a fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, WiFi, private yard, in-unit laundry, & 2-car garage. Located near top schools, shopping centers, & 10.6 miles from DFW Airport. OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.

Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $175 for 1st pet, plus $150 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.

Cleaning: A one-time cleaning fee of $225 applies. Optional recurring cleanings are available upon request: $125 (bi-weekly) or $110 (weekly).

Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.

Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.

Parking Rules: Use designated spots, avoid fire lanes, handicap areas, and untagged reserved spots. Request a reserved space if needed.

Note: We are not liable for towing fees.

Lost Keys/Fobs: $100 fee for lost keys or fobs.

Utilities: Rent covers $150 for a 3-bedroom unit, incl. electricity, water, trash, and Internet. Additional charges may apply, should the above limit be exceeded during your stay.

The host was very accommodating and communicated well with us. We originally booked for 5 weeks as we remodeled our primary home, and with construction delays we needed to extend an extra week during the holidays. The host responded to our message almost immediately and updated the reservation. PS - i set new high scores on two of the arcade games!
