- The Space - There’s plenty of space to spread out, whether you’re gathering with family, reconnecting with friends, or simply enjoying some quiet time surrounded by nature. This duplex has 3 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, a dedicated workspace and on-site laundry.

- Outside - Enjoy the fully-fenced backyard to let your fuzzy friends run around as well as an outdoor dining table that seats 4. Don't forget the free parking in the one-car garage, the driveway fitting 3 cars, and street parking.

Guest Access: Guests have full access to their side of the duplex - please keep to your area as well as your side of the driveway and garage.

Interaction with guests: No preference - I follow my guests' lead.

Other details to note:

- This home is a 2 unit duplex, you will have a private entrance, private backyard, and a private garage. The garage walls are shared between the units resulting in very little shared noise.

- Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors.
