Beautifully decorated, clean, cozy home in a quaint neighborhood. Our stay was perfect for visiting family in close by Lavon. We’d happily recommend it to friends or stay again!

This had to be the cutest, cleanest, and most interesting place I have stayed in. It's like a little storybook inside and out. I wish I could have stayed an extra day just to look at her cookbooks! The owner is incredible to work with and went beyond what was needed for us to have comfortable stay. I hope I get to stay in it again.

This little charming cottage was so nice! The owner was communicative and thorough in all the amenities in her cottage. She even had fresh flowers through each room. We would definitely stay here again. Farmersville is such a cute town with a lot of history. Great eating places in town.

Host had excellent communication. Her home is lovely full of charm, area was quiet in a sweet neighborhood. Having a stocked fridge for the little things was a treat. Enjoyed sitting in the living room looking out the picture window in the mornings was relaxing.

Katherine’s home is quaint and beautifully decorated. It is walking distance to old town Farmersville. Katherine gave many suggestions of places to eat and things to do. There were special touches Katherine leaves for you, such as fresh flowers. It was such a pleasant stay.

As a native Dallasite, I find myself in the little town of Farmersville! Wonderful, historic DT and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby! Walk to the Chaparrel Trail which is just 2 houses from Cottage Kat. Enjoy my art and antique filled home with interesting books, art and decor for you to enjoy!

Old time vibe and lot's of beautiful pecan and oak trees! Walking to town via the Trail or streets, you'll find lots to explore and some dining as well. Several yarn shops as well as clothing/antiques make for a complete DT area! Many festivals, auto show, Farmers market the first Saturday of every month and of course several Bike tours in town yearly.
