Enjoy a serene fishing pond just steps away and Lavon Lake nearby for boating, fishing, and beautiful lakeside views. Explore Farmersville's local shops, cafes, and historic charm. All of the ranch amenities are available to you. Club House with ping pong, pool table, 5 TVs, and so much more. Feed the chickens, ducks, goats, alpacas. Enjoy the tree bar at sunset. It's the perfect destination to unplug, unwind, and unwind and experience authentic North Texas hospitality.
