Welcome to your West Seattle getaway! This bright and stylish home off California Ave SW offers 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and private patio.
Just steps from the Water Taxi to Downtown Seattle and Alki Beach Pier, and minutes to Junction and Alki Beach.
Enjoy morning coffee + tea on the private patio, and fast wifi. Ideal for families or small groups looking for comfort and convenience in a vibrant neighborhood. Make yourself at home!
The space
First Floor
- Living room with Smart TV, air conditioner/heating, and board games.
- Fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, cooking and baking essentials, coffee, and tea.
- Half bathroom off the kitchen.
- Dining table with seating for four.
- Sliding door to private patio.
Second Floor
- Primary bedroom w/ view of Downtown Seattle and Puget Sound, queen bed, ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, private toilet, and standing shower. Room darkening (not blackout) shades on all windows.
- Secondary bedroom with queen bed and vaulted ceilings. Shades on windows except one small window without a shade.
- Second bathroom with tub.
- Air conditioner/heating in both bedrooms
- Washer and dryer with laundry detergent.
🚶♂️ Walking & Shuttle Access
- 15‑minute walk (0.8 mi) to the West Seattle Water Taxi at Seacrest Park, providing a smooth 10–15 min ferry ride to downtown Pier 50 and easy shuttle connections to Alki Beach.
- FREE West Seattle shuttle buses (775 & 773): Route 775 runs between Seacrest Park (water taxi dock), California Ave SW, Admiral District, Alki Beach and back to Seacrest Park for seamless first/last-mile service. Route 773 runs between Seacrest Park and West Seattle Junction.
🚌 Local Bus Lines
- California Ave SW & SW Seattle St: 1-2 min walk, served by Metro route 775 (West Seattle shuttle bus)
- California Ave SW & SW Hill St: 7-8 min walk, served by Metro routes 128 & 775

Guests will have full access to the home, with the exception of the garage, which will be locked, and the driveway, which is not available for parking. Street parking is readily available along California Ave SW.

- The home is situated in close quarters behind the neighboring home with a shared driveway.
- The driveway and garage are not available for guest use. There is plenty of street parking on California Ave SW.
- This dwelling is a two-story home and is not designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Guests should be comfortable with staircases, as there are multiple levels. Refer to the above description for the detailed layout by floor.
- While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.

We want guests to have the right expectations so they can have a smooth and happy experience every time.
- The home is located in a quiet residential area. Quiet hours (9pm-8am) will be strictly enforced.
- Strictly NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), NO smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises ($500 fine), including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes when entering the home.
- NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.
