My family and I enjoyed our weekend. It is a quaint and very nice home. There was a roach up high on the ceiling in the living room. Back yard grass is in need of a cut, but other than that it is a very nice place.

Good stay. The inside of the house is outdated. Lightbulbs needed to be replaced in one of the restrooms and the garage. It sleep 8 but only 4 shower towels and 6 swimming towels were provided. Other than that everything was good. The outside is way more modern and really makes it worth the stay. Great swimming and cookout vibes outside.

The picture of the pool was the thing that attracts me, I arrived at 9pm and I saw 2 spiders in the pool area by the pool chairs and 1 on the entrance one of them was a black widow. When I checked the kitchen the door by the garage a big roach enters and returned to the area y spray that area with raid. Every ceiling was not clean in the entire house you can see the cobweb clearly, in the the toilet area on the master room too. In the second floor by the stairs I saw a tiny roach and in the master walking closet I saw another one tiny roach. The master bathroom I saw a small spider that I spray with raid and escaped through the toilet floor. We only stay on the master bedroom because it was late and I was very disappointed what I saw at the time. I booked this house because it has a private pool to surprise my daughter for her birthday. Bulbs need to be replace in some areas. The pool was fine I clean it with the pool rack that was there because of insects and roaches floating around so my daughter can use it. My wife and daughter later decided not to stay another night that was paid off when they saw another insect was on the bed blanket and then we started to check-out. I'm very sorry but we never book this house ever again it was a bad experience for us.

Starters we didn’t receive check in information until an hour before we could check in. After checking in a few left to grab groceries and others stayed back to swim a bit. After swimming they chose to take a quick shower and found huge bugs which I understand that a few bugs is one thing and that palm beetles happen in the area but 7 dead bugs and 2 live that ran and a few resembled cockroaches and large ones at that was all we could take we left after 3 hours maybe 4 we did receive a refund but not a full refund. I understand things happen and the host was understanding on the matter but it was late and we had 3 small children with us and last minute having to find a place due to this was extremely stressful and hard.

Few amenities compared to other Vrbo we have stayed at. Steep stairs to bedrooms. Bare minimum of towels in the upper bathroom. We left some coffee pods and splenda, as well as paper towels. Had to wash utensils before using as some were dirty. Glad we had some dish towels with us as none were provided Hard to keep water in sink to wash dishes. Advice is to bring everything you think you will need to make food for meals. Nicely furnished, outside by pool is lovely
