Walkabout Nac-a block from the brick streets-in this two story 3BR/2BA home in Nacogdoches! Walking distance to our best - Ferdonia Brewery, Roma's, Dolly's Diner, The Cottage, Aperitivo Cafe & Gelato, Madhatter Distillery- plus Nac's best entertainment! AND only 1 mile from Stephen F Austin State University....Axe Em'!!
1 Queen bed upstairs, 2 Queen beds downstairs in separate bedrooms! Twin air mattress available as well.
We have a nice front porch & a private small outdoor patio in the fenced in backyard.
Pet friendly -$50 fee - and a crate to use if needed.

This old home has that old time charm, with modern amenities. Full kitchen fully equipped for cooking, gas stove, full size fridge with ice maker. 3 TVs for streaming in the living room, in upstairs bedroom and one of the downstairs bedrooms. TVs have the ability to log into your favorite streaming apps. WiFi throughout the home. Both bathrooms recently remodeled!

We are constantly working to better this BNB! The grass seed it set, so be patient with our lack of grass!
Such a central location in Nacogdoches! Close to everything, and we strive to create an at home feel! You won't regret booking with us! *Early check-in for a $50 fee (if there isn't someone checking out on day of arrival)

*Late check-out for a $50 fee (if no bookings coming in on day of departure)

The house was clean, comfortable and welcoming. It is close to downtown Nac too. We walked everywhere! It was just wonderful!

This home was just perfect for an overnight stay with my sister and friend. The communication with the property manager/owner was clear, accommodating, and prompt. We were able to check in early after a long drive and at the last minute, able to stay later so that we could rest a bit more before the long drive back. Could not ask for a better location. The restaurants and shops were just a short walk. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else traveling to NAC.

The house was adorable. It is evident that the hosts put effort in caring for and updating the property. A new sidewalk and driveway were apparent. The bathrooms had been renovated. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked well stocked. The best thing was the location; we could walk to restaurants and shops. The only concern is that the stairs to the upstairs bedroom has no handrail and may be difficult to negotiate for some people.

Great location! Convenient to campus and an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. We loved being able to walk to Fredonia Brewery in less than 5 minutes. The house was exactly as described and was very clean and comfortable. The backyard was huge with plenty of room for our dog to explore. We appreciated the crate, dog bed and treats available for our dog. This house is the best one we’ve stayed in during our visits to Nac! It is definitely at the top of our list for all future visits!

We stayed here while visiting our son at SFA, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The house is charming, spacious, close to campus, very clean and beautifully decorated. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, providing thoughtful touches like an extra air mattress and toiletries. We especially appreciated the fenced backyard and how welcoming the home was to our chocolate lab, he loved being part of the trip and felt right at home, too. :) The location is wonderful, within walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. Communication with the host was excellent; Christie was kind, responsive, and checked in throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to be repeat guests when we return to visit!

Christie came to Nac via SFA, Kayla is an east Texas native. Both SFA alumni working in the Nacogdoches community, Christie as a coach and Kayla does ultrasound. We love our little town and what it has to offer travelers. We enjoy providing a cozy space in our favorite part of our little town for guests to enjoy. We love the BNB experience ourselves and hope to make our guests feel at home. We don't go far without our schnauzer girl Jodie, she's a great BNB supervisor as well. Keeps the home squirrel free.
