Enjoy the charm of yesteryear and amenities of today. Set on a quiet country road next to a babbling brook. Our old farmhouse has been a cozy place to relax for 200 years.
Roam our 100 acre property or venture into the nearby local parks or quiet towns. Enjoy art, dining, hiking and sightseeing. Or just relax at the farmhouse and watch the wildlife in your back yard.
The house is newly listed this year, all new kitchen appliances, upscale bedding, heating and cooling.

Utterly charming and private cottage! Our 2-night stay at The Surveyor’s House was perfect for our sibling weekend. Clean and quaint, there was really nothing we needed that Lauren hadn’t already provided. Highly recommend!!

Super clean especially for a 200 year old house! Great air conditioning throughout the house. Gorgeous, modern kitchen! Stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher…perfect. 3 bathrooms! Awesome shower. Great, quality beds. What can I say??Stay here!!!!

I had the pleasure of using this home as my “get ready” location on the day of my wedding, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Lauren, the host, was absolutely amazing—so kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating to everything we needed leading up to and during such an important day.The home itself provided a beautiful aesthetic that made getting ready with my family even more special. It was thoughtfully maintained, very clean, and created a warm, comfortable environment that helped keep the morning relaxed and enjoyable. It also served as a perfect backdrop for photos, which was a huge bonus.I would absolutely recommend this space to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to stay—whether for a family getaway, a relaxing reset, or a special occasion like a wedding. It made such a meaningful difference in my experience, and I’m truly grateful.

This property was one of the best places we have stayed at in awhile. As a traveling musician we stay at a lot of places throughout the country and prefer to be off the beaten path. This property did just that. Both Bill and Lauren were so helpful. Bill brought wood so we could have a fire and we even saw deer. Tranquil and serene and the beds are the most comfortable we have seen. May even look into getting the type of mattress’s they use for our own house. They have done a lot of very cool upgrades throughout the house while still keeping the charm of the rustic farmhouse it once was. Everything was very clean and the house smelled beautiful. Counting the days until we come back next year.
