A unique and immaculate waterfront property located in the Vaporia quarter of old Ermoupolis. It has a private waterfront jetty, and terraces for outdoor lounging and dining. Views from the front of the house look straight out to the sea. The building itself has been lovingly restored and retains many period architectural details, whilst having all modern facilities and lavish furniture. The location is super-desirable; it is but a short stroll to the Town Hall, Apollo Theatre and main port.
Your lovely hostess and maid are super friendly and live in a separate space below. They are super discreet and will only be in contact with you upon request.

This property has been lovingly renovated by its interior designer owner. It comprises a split-level main floor containing all the living spaces (one ensuite double bedroom, two double bedrooms, bathroom, living, dining and kitchen areas), with direct access to a private waterfront terrace below via an elevator.

The Vaporia district of old Ermoupolis is by far the nicest part of the city, with a line of waterfront properties and superb views across to the harbour.
There is pretty good public transport buses departing a few minutes walk away. Car parking is extremely limited so you may be better off without one...
