The vast windows bring plenty of natural light, while the luxurious floor-to-ceiling windows give a classic elegance to the space. The living room boasts recliner leather seating, where you can relax and unwind after a fun-filled day in Park City. Snuggle up with blankets and a cup of hot cocoa while watching your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV. The living room also features a couple of unique stone bar seating that overlooks the stunning Park City historic district, alongside spectacular forest and mountain views.

The fully-equipped kitchen is tastefully designed with stunning granite countertops, a unique stone bar stool seating, modern stainless steel appliances, and a wine rack. Whip up a delicious homemade meal and tell stories of your exciting day in Park City as you enjoy dinner. The master bedroom features a lovely queen-size bed, lounge seating, flat-screen TV, and access to a private outdoor balcony -- step out and breathe in the fresh mountain air while you stargaze at night with your loved one. Around the corner from the master bedroom is a beautifully decorated full bathroom with a deluxe steam shower to melt your stress away. The bathroom also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer combo available during your stay.

Guests will have access to the rooftop patio that boasts spectacular views of Park City, along with a bbq gas grill, perfect for hosting an afternoon cookout.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home and a private outdoor balcony.

Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. You are in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District, where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. With Park City Mountain Town Lift only a couple of blocks from the entrance of the condo, you will have unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your Park City vacation getaway. Getting Around:
You are within walking distance of it all with this condo's most sought-after location right in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District. Park City Mountain Town Lift, only a couple of blocks away, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. The free Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the heating and air conditioning unit temperature is controlled within the entire complex, but guests will have access to adjust fan wind speed.

The elevator provides convenient access to the condo with your luggage.

Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.

Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Please note that there might be some noise from outside considering the condominium is situated near Main St.
