This home offers a wealth of features including a movie theater-themed second lounge with large projector screen, a Disney Tron Games Room with pool table, table football and a bank of arcade machines, an Outer Space kids' room, a Disney Tangled room complete with Rapunzel's cottage, a large private pool plus Solterra resort amenities and a great location just 10 miles from Disney World!

The family room features an L-shaped sofa, a large Smart TV and sliding doors out to the beautiful pool deck. There is an attractive formal dining area to seat 8, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances with everything you need to dine at home - dishwasher, oven/stove, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, saucepans, dishes, utensils etc. There is a breakfast island with stools and a breakfast nook to seat 4.

Bedroom 1 is a luxurious primary suite with a king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, sliding doors to the pool deck and a large en suite with shower and twin vanity sinks. There is also a separate half bathroom located on this floor.

Head upstairs to the fantastic movie theater lounge – this is a great space to relax and watch a movie on the large projector screen complete with fun movie theater theming, lighting and decor plus Roku TV.

Five bedrooms are located upstairs. Bedroom 2 is a stylish and spacious king suite with a Smart TV, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both elegant queen rooms with a queen bed, Smart TV and a family bathroom located between these two rooms with a tub/shower.

Little astronauts will love zooming into Outer Space in the Rocket Room with four built-in twin beds (top two beds for guests under 125lbs only), while little Princesses will love waking up in a Disney Tangled cottage! The adorable Disney Tangled room features Rapunzel's cottage with a twin bed on the lower level and a twin bed on the upper level (for guests under 125lbs on the top bed).

Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a fun Mickey Mouse Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub/shower, double vanity sink and WC.

The pool deck features a beautiful private pool with spa, a shaded lounge area with comfortable sofa seating plus a dining table and chairs. Sun loungers are set up out on the pool deck to soak up the Florida sun. The property also has a pool safety fence for families with children, and the pool/spa can be heated (paid optional extra to be booked in advance of check-in if required). *Pool heat is not currently available as of Feb 16th, awaiting install of a new pool heater.

The Garage has been converted into a Disney Tron-themed games room with a pool table, table foosball, a bank of arcade games, bar seating.

The property has air conditioning, free Wifi and free local calls. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. A pack and play/travel cot and a highchair are provided for babies. At the front of the property is a driveway for a maximum of two cars. Do not park on the grass. Two additional vehicles can park by permit only on the street in a designated marked parking space, available on a first-come-first-served basis.

The stunning Solterra Resort features amazing resort facilities* including a beautiful communal pool, lazy river (pool is heated, the lazy river is not heated), poolside cafe, a gym, tennis court, volleyball and recreation areas.

This luxury home is in an ideal location 10 miles from Disney World, 19 miles to Universal, less than 3 miles to an array of restaurants at Champions Gate and 28 miles from Orlando International airport. This exceptional home really has everything to make your family vacation truly memorable!

Guests have access to the entire home plus resort facilities. Resort amenities are owned and operated by the HOA and any closures or limits are beyond our control. At peak periods such as Christmas and Easter, there may be wait times for use of the amenities. The pool deck has a limit of 281 users at one time.

1. The max. occupancy of the home is 14 guests plus 1 infant (under 2 years) with a maximum of 10 adults. This limit MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME and is strictly enforced due to the home insurance and fire regulations. Breaking this limit cancels the reservation, all guests must leave immediately, no refund of any remaining nights given.
2. Only Guests included on the reservation are authorized to be in the home. No external visits from friends or family are permitted, even if this is below the maximum occupancy, unless confirmed in advance with us.
3. Strictly no parties, events or gatherings. The Sheriff has powers to evict all guests from the home for breaking this rule, there will be no refund of any remaining nights.
4. No young adult/student groups under the average age of 25.
5. No smoking, vaping or cannabis on the property including the pool deck.
6. No EV charging from the home supply.
7. Resort and community facilities associated with the home are owned and operated by the HOA, any limits or closures are beyond our control.
8. This is a quiet residential community. Please always keep noise at a considerate level, the HOA enforces quiet hours from 10pm - 7am.
9. The top two beds in the space-themed bedroom and the two beds in the Tangled room are for children/guests under 125lbs only. Bunk beds are used at the guests' responsibility - no swinging, climbing, jumping from the beds.
10. There is a one-off 'Solterra Resort Entrance Fee' of $35 (covers up to 12 guests) or $45 (13+ guests). This is paid at the resort when you check-in. This covers all the guests and up to four vehicles for the full duration of your stay. Resort amenities are owned and operated by the HOA and any closures or limits are beyond our control. At peak periods such as Christmas and Easter, there may be wait times for use of the amenities. The pool deck has a limit of 281 users at one time.
11. We do not accept reservations that arrive on December 25th.

PARKING:
A maximum of 4 drivers/vehicles can be associated with your reservation (driver names must be registered with us before your day of arrival). At the front of the property is a driveway for a maximum of two cars. Do not park on the grass. Two additional vehicles can park by permit only on the street in a designated marked parking space, available on a first-come-first-served basis. All cars parked on the street must have a guest pass on display- this will be issued on request at the front gate to the registered driver. Please note that if the car doesn't have a guest pass permit on display, and if isn’t parked in a marked space, it could be towed, and this is the vehicle owner's responsibility.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The VRBO cancellation policy applies to all reservations with no exceptions. We strongly recommend that you take out trip insurance. We do not offer refunds for illness, weather, travel issues, bereavement etc, so please take out your own trip coverage.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
The home is self-catering. We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 3 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with you/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.

POOL HEAT:
*Pool heat is not currently available as of Feb 16th, awaiting install of a new pool heater.
The pool can be heated and is an additional $40 plus tax per day for the minimum of 3 consecutive nights, please book pool heat in advance of your day of arrival. If you book after your arrival, the pool takes around 24 hours to get to temperature and there is a $25 call out to come and switch it on for you.

Pool heat is set to 87 degrees (this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations. If your pool has a spa, pool heat is required for the spa to be heated. The spa is set to 99 degrees and is activated with the timer dial switch on the wall.

We cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature.

Guests will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heater will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat. By booking pool heat the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather.

We suggest guests check the weather forecast for temperatures before their upcoming stay and then cancel pool heat accordingly if they feel it will be too cold.

GRILL HIRE
Due to insurance limitations, the home is not listed as having a grill. If you need a grill, please ask us for info on a local company where you can book a grill online. If you do bring/hire a grill, it must be used at the side of the home on the grass & not on the pool deck as the pool screens are a fire hazard.
