Wonderful amenities with great walkability. We had kids with us and had the best time. Check in and out were smooth and the option for parking was great.

Very clean and spacious! Loved the area. Being right across from The Pearl made it easy for a quick meal. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

The location of this stay is hard to beat! The apartment was as expected and was an easy stay overall. Floors in one bathroom could have been cleaner, otherwise in good condition.

Great place to stay while some remodeling being done in our home. Perfect location, very much enjoyed the convenience of The Pearl and Pullman’s Market being across the street. Place was very clean, and we were able to enjoy the amenities provided. If we needed again we would definitely love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in San Antonio. It was perfect for exploring the Pearl District since it is located right next to the market in the district. The unit matched the posting photos on the VRBO site to a tee and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did have a hiccup during check-in getting access to the unit but that was quickly resolved by Matthew (our host) who helped us work things out. Overall, we had excellent communication with the host throughout our stay. One comment for those expecting to do a lot of cooking in the unit - dishes, cooking utensils and condiments are quite limited in this unit. We weren't planning on doing much cooking so it didn't matter to us, but might to others looking to use this unit.

We had a great stay, the unit was clean, the directions for access was pretty easy to follow. When we had questions we received a quick response. Great location in a great location within walking distance to The Pearl, Grotto and many local attractions and just minutes from Ft. Sam Houston Visitors Center, Alamo and the Riverwalk. On Saturdays and Sundays The Pearl has a farmer's market year round management informed us of this which was wonderful.
